1. Japanese troops set off a small explosion on a train track in 1931, and falsely blamed it on China in order to justify an invasion of Manchuria. This is known as the “Mukden Incident” or the “Manchurian Incident”.



The Tokyo International Military Tribunal found: “Several of the participators in the plan, including Hashimoto [a high-ranking Japanese army officer], have on various occasions admitted their part in the plot and have stated that the object of the ‘Incident’ was to afford an excuse for the occupation of Manchuria by the Kwantung Army ….” And see this.

2. A major with the Nazi SS admitted at the Nuremberg trials that – under orders from the chief of the Gestapo – he and some other Nazi operatives faked attacks on their own people and resources which they blamed on the Poles, to justify the invasion of Poland.

3. Nazi general Franz Halder also testified at the Nuremberg trials that Nazi leader Hermann Goering admitted to setting fire to the German parliament building in 1933, and then falsely blaming the communists for the arson.

4. Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev admitted in writing that the Soviet Union’s Red Army shelled the Russian village of Mainila in 1939 – while blaming the attack on Finland – as a basis for launching the “Winter War” against Finland. Russian president Boris Yeltsin agreed that Russia had been the aggressor in the Winter War.

5. The Russian Parliament, current Russian president Putin and former Soviet leader Gorbachev all admit that Soviet leader Joseph Stalin ordered his secret police to execute 22,000 Polish army officers and civilians in 1940, and then falsely blamed it on the Nazis.

6. The British government admits that – between 1946 and 1948 – it bombed 5 ships carrying Jews attempting to flee the Holocaust to seek safety in Palestine, set up a fake group called “Defenders of Arab Palestine”, and then had the psuedo-group falsely claim responsibility for the bombings (and see this, this and this).

7. Israel admits that in 1954, an Israeli terrorist cell operating in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including U.S. diplomatic facilities, then left behind “evidence” implicating the Arabs as the culprits (one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to identify the bombers, and several of the Israelis later confessed) (and see this and this).

8. The CIA admits that it hired Iranians in the 1950's to pose as Communists and stage bombings in Iran in order to turn the country against its democratically-elected prime minister.

9. The Turkish Prime Minister admitted that the Turkish government carried out the 1955 bombing on a Turkish consulate in Greece – also damaging the nearby birthplace of the founder of modern Turkey – and blamed it on Greece, for the purpose of inciting and justifying anti-Greek violence.

10. The British Prime Minister admitted to his defense secretary that he and American president Dwight Eisenhower approved a plan in 1957 to carry out attacks in Syria and blame it on the Syrian government as a way to effect regime change.

11. The former Italian Prime Minister, an Italian judge, and the former head of Italian counterintelligence admit that NATO, with the help of the Pentagon and CIA, carried out terror bombings in Italy and other European countries in the 1950s and blamed the communists, in order to rally people’s support for their governments in Europe in their fight against communism.

As one participant in this formerly-secret program stated:

“You had to attack civilians, people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple. They were supposed to force these people, the Italian public, to turn to the state to ask for greater security”

12. In 1960, American Senator George Smathers suggested that the U.S. launch “a false attack made on Guantanamo Bay which would give us the excuse of actually fomenting a fight which would then give us the excuse to go in and [overthrow Castro]“.

13. Official State Department documents show that, in 1961, the head of the Joint Chiefs and other high-level officials discussed blowing up a consulate in the Dominican Republic in order to justify an invasion of that country. The plans were not carried out, but they were all discussed as serious proposals.

14. As admitted by the U.S. government, recently declassified documents show that in 1962, the American Joint Chiefs of Staff signed off on a plan to blow up AMERICAN airplanes (using an elaborate plan involving the switching of airplanes), and also to commit terrorist acts on American soil, and then to blame it on the Cubans in order to justify an invasion of Cuba.

15. In 1963, the U.S. Department of Defense wrote a paper promoting attacks on nations within the Organization of American States – such as Trinidad-Tobago or Jamaica – and then falsely blaming them on Cuba.

16. The U.S. Department of Defense even suggested covertly paying a person in the Castro government to attack the United States:

“The only area remaining for consideration then would be to bribe one of Castro’s subordinate commanders to initiate an attack on Guantanamo.”

17. The NSA admits that it lied about what really happened in the Gulf of Tonkin incident in 1964 … manipulating data to make it look like North Vietnamese boats fired on a U.S. ship so as to create a false justification for the Vietnam war.

18. A U.S. Congressional committee admitted that – as part of its “Cointelpro” campaign – the FBI had used many provocateurs in the 1950s through 1970s to carry out violent acts and falsely blame them on political activists.

19. A top Turkish general admitted that Turkish forces burned down a mosque on Cyprus in the 1970s and blamed it on their enemy. He explained:

“In Special War, certain acts of sabotage are staged and blamed on the enemy to increase public resistance. We did this on Cyprus; we even burnt down a mosque.” In response to the surprised correspondent’s incredulous look the general said, “I am giving an example”.

20. A declassified 1973 CIA document reveals a program to train foreign police and troops on how to make booby traps, pretending that they were training them on how to investigate terrorist acts:

The Agency maintains liaison in varying degrees with foreign police/security organizations through its field stations …. [CIA provides training sessions as follows:] a. Providing trainees with basic knowledge in the uses of commercial and military demolitions and incendiaries as they may be applied in terrorism and industrial sabotage operations. b. Introducing the trainees to commercially available materials and home laboratory techniques, likely to he used in the manufacture of explosives and incendiaries by terrorists or saboteurs. c. Familiarizing the trainees with the concept of target analysis and operational planning that a saboteur or terrorist must employ. d. Introducing the trainees to booby trapping devices and techniques giving practical experience with both manufactured and improvised devices through actual fabrication. *** The program provides the trainees with ample opportunity to develop basic familiarity and use proficiently through handling, preparing and applying the various explosive charges, incendiary agents, terrorist devices and sabotage techniques.

21. The German government admitted (and see this) that, in 1978, the German secret service detonated a bomb in the outer wall of a prison and planted “escape tools” on a prisoner – a member of the Red Army Faction – which the secret service wished to frame the bombing on.

22. A Mossad agent admits that, in 1984, Mossad planted a radio transmitter in Gaddaffi’s compound in Tripoli, Libya which broadcast fake terrorist trasmissions recorded by Mossad, in order to frame Gaddaffi as a terrorist supporter. Ronald Reagan bombed Libya immediately thereafter.

23. The South African Truth and Reconciliation Council found that, in 1989, the Civil Cooperation Bureau (a covert branch of the South African Defense Force) approached an explosives expert and asked him:

"To participate in an operation aimed at discrediting the ANC [the African National Congress] by bombing the police vehicle of the investigating officer into the murder incident”, thus framing the ANC for the bombing.

24. An Algerian diplomat and several officers in the Algerian army admit that, in the 1990s, the Algerian army frequently massacred Algerian civilians and then blamed Islamic militants for the killings (and see this video; and Agence France-Presse, 9/27/2002, French Court Dismisses Algerian Defamation Suit Against Author).

25. The United States Army’s 1994 publication Special Forces Foreign Internal Defense Tactics Techniques and Procedures for Special Forces – updated in 2004 – recommends employing terrorists and using false flag operations to destabilize leftist regimes in Latin America. False flag terrorist attacks were carried out in Latin America and other regions as part of the CIA’s “Dirty Wars“. And see this.

26. Similarly, a CIA “psychological operations” manual prepared by a CIA contractor for the Nicaraguan Contra rebels noted the value of assassinating someone on your own side to create a “martyr” for the cause.



The manual was authenticated by the U.S. government. The manual received so much publicity from Associated Press, Washington Post and other news coverage that – during the 1984 presidential debate – President Reagan was confronted with the following on national television:

"At this moment, we are confronted with the extraordinary story of a CIA guerrilla manual for the anti-Sandinista contras whom we are backing, which advocates not only assassinations of Sandinistas but the hiring of criminals to assassinate the guerrillas we are supporting in order to create martyrs."

27. An Indonesian fact-finding team investigated violent riots which occurred in 1998, and determined that “elements of the military had been involved in the riots, some of which were deliberately provoked”.

28. Senior Russian Senior military and intelligence officers admit that the KGB blew up Russian apartment buildings in 1999 and falsely blamed it on Chechens, in order to justify an invasion of Chechnya (and see this report and this discussion).

29. As reported by BBC, the New York Times, and Associated Press, Macedonian officials admit that the government murdered 7 innocent immigrants in cold blood and pretended that they were Al Qaeda soldiers attempting to assassinate Macedonian police, in order to join the “war on terror”.

30.  At the July 2001 G8 Summit in Genoa, Italy, black-clad thugs were videotaped getting out of police cars, and were seen by an Italian MP carrying “iron bars inside the police station”. Subsequently, senior police officials in Genoa admitted that police planted two Molotov cocktails and faked the stabbing of a police officer at the G8 Summit, in order to justify a violent crackdown against protesters.

31. The U.S. falsely blamed Iraq for playing a role in the 9/11 attacks – as shown by a memo from the defense secretary – as one of the main justifications for launching the Iraq war.



Even after the 9/11 Commission admitted that there was no connection, Dick Cheney said that the evidence is “overwhelming” that al Qaeda had a relationship with Saddam Hussein’s regime, that Cheney “probably” had information unavailable to the Commission, and that the media was not ‘doing their homework’ in reporting such ties.

Top U.S. government officials now admit that the Iraq war was really launched for oil … not 9/11 or weapons of mass destruction. Despite previous “lone wolf” claims, many U.S. government officials now say that 9/11 was state-sponsored terror; but Iraq was not the state which backed the hijackers.

32.) Although the FBI now admits that the 2001 anthrax attacks were carried out by one or more U.S. government scientists, a senior FBI official says that the FBI was actually (remember what the anthrax letters looked like). Government officials also confirm that the white House tried to link the anthrax to Iraq as a justification for regime change in that country.

33. According to the Washington Post, Indonesian police admit that the Indonesian military killed American teachers in Papua in 2002 and blamed the murders on a Papuan separatist group in order to get that group listed as a terrorist organization.

34. The well-respected former Indonesian president also admits that the government probably had a role in the Bali bombings.

35. Police outside of a 2003 European Union summit in Greece were filmed planting Molotov cocktails on a peaceful protester

36. Former Department of Justice lawyer John Yoo suggested in 2005 that the US should go on the offensive against al-Qaeda, having “our intelligence agencies create a false terrorist organization. It could have its own websites, recruitment centers, training camps, and fundraising operations.



It could launch fake terrorist operations and claim credit for real terrorist strikes, helping to sow confusion within al-Qaeda’s ranks, causing operatives to doubt others’ identities and to question the validity of communications.”

37. Similarly, in 2005, Professor John Arquilla of the Naval Postgraduate School – a renowned US defense analyst credited with developing the concept of ‘netwar’ – called for western intelligence services to create new “pseudo gang” terrorist groups, as a way of undermining “real” terror networks.

According to Pulitzer-Prize winning journalist Seymour Hersh, Arquilla’s ‘pseudo-gang’ strategy was, Hersh reported, already being implemented by the Pentagon:

“Under Rumsfeld’s new approach, I was told, US military operatives would be permitted to pose abroad as corrupt foreign businessmen seeking to buy contraband items that could be used in nuclear-weapons systems. In some cases, according to the Pentagon advisers, local citizens could be recruited and asked to join up with guerrillas or terrorists… The new rules will enable the Special Forces community to set up what it calls ‘action teams’ in the target countries overseas which can be used to find and eliminate terrorist organizations. ‘Do you remember the right-wing execution squads in El Salvador?’ the former high-level intelligence official asked me, referring to the military-led gangs that committed atrocities in the early nineteen-eighties. ‘We founded them and we financed them,’ he said. ‘The objective now is to recruit locals in any area we want. And we aren’t going to tell Congress about it.’ A former military officer, who has knowledge of the Pentagon’s commando capabilities, said, ‘We’re going to be riding with the bad boys.’”

38. United Press International reported in June 2005:

"U.S. intelligence officers are reporting that some of the insurgents in Iraq are using recent-model Beretta 92 pistols, but the pistols seem to have had their serial numbers erased. The numbers do not appear to have been physically removed; the pistols seem to have come off a production line without any serial numbers. Analysts suggest the lack of serial numbers indicates that the weapons were intended for intelligence operations or terrorist cells with substantial government backing. Analysts speculate that these guns are probably from either Mossad or the CIA. Analysts speculate that agent provocateurs may be using the untraceable weapons even as U.S. authorities use insurgent attacks against civilians as evidence of the illegitimacy of the resistance".

39. Undercover Israeli soldiers admitted in 2005 to throwing stones at other Israeli soldiers so they could blame it on Palestinians, as an excuse to crack down on peaceful protests by the Palestinians.

40. Quebec police admitted that, in 2007, thugs carrying rocks to a peaceful protest were actually undercover Quebec police officers (and see this).

41. A 2008 US Army special operations field manual recommends that the U.S. military use surrogate non-state groups such as “paramilitary forces, individuals, businesses, foreign political organizations, resistant or insurgent organizations, expatriates, transnational terrorism adversaries, disillusioned transnational terrorism members, black marketers, and other social or political ‘undesirables.’”



The manual specifically acknowledged that U.S. special operations can involve both counterterrorism and “Terrorism” (as well as “transnational criminal activities, including narco-trafficking, illicit arms-dealing, and illegal financial transactions.”)

42.  The former head of Secret Services and Head of State of Italy (Francesco Cossiga) advised the 2008 minister in charge of the police, on how to deal with protests from teachers and students:

"He should do what I did when I was Minister of the Interior … infiltrate the movement with agents provocateurs inclined to do anything …. And after that, with the strength of the gained population consent,  … beat them for blood and beat for blood also those teachers that incite them. Especially the teachers. Not the elderly, of course, but the girl teachers yes".

43. At the G20 protests in London in 2009, a British member of parliament saw plain clothes police officers attempting to incite the crowd to violence.

44. Egyptian politicians admitted (and see this) that government employees looted priceless museum artifacts in 2011 to try to discredit the protesters.

45. Rioters who discredited the peaceful protests against the swearing in of the Mexican president in 2012 admitted that they were paid 300 pesos each to destroy everything in their path. According to Wikipedia, photos also show the vandals waiting in groups behind police lines prior to the violence.

46. A Colombian army colonel has admitted that his unit murdered 57 civilians, then dressed them in uniforms and claimed they were rebels killed in combat.

47. On November 20, 2014, Mexican agent provocateurs were transported by army vehicles to participate in the 2014 Iguala mass kidnapping protests, as was shown by videos and pictures distributed via social networks.

48. The highly-respected writer for the Telegraph Ambrose Evans-Pritchard says that the head of Saudi intelligence – Prince Bandar – recently admitted that the Saudi government controls “Chechen” terrorists.

49. High-level American sources admitted that the Turkish government – a fellow NATO country – carried out the chemical weapons attacks blamed on the Syrian government; and high-ranking Turkish government admitted on tape plans to carry out attacks and blame it on the Syrian government.

50. The Ukrainian security chief admits that the sniper attacks which started the Ukrainian coup were carried out in order to frame others. Ukrainian officials admit that the Ukrainian snipers fired on both sides, to create maximum chaos.

51. Britain’s spy agency has admitted (and see this) that it carries out “digital false flag” attacks on targets, framing people by writing offensive or unlawful material … and blaming it on the target.

52. U.S. soldiers have admitted that if they kill innocent Iraqis and Afghanis, they then “drop” automatic weapons near their body so they can pretend they were militants

53. Similarly, police frame innocent people for crimes they didn’t commit. The practice is so well-known that the New York Times noted in 1981:

In police jargon, a throwdown is a weapon planted on a victim.

Newsweek reported in 1999:

"Perez, himself a former [Los Angeles Police Department] cop, was caught stealing eight pounds of cocaine from police evidence lockers. After pleading guilty in September, he bargained for a lighter sentence by telling an appalling story of attempted murder and a “throwdown” – police slang for a weapon planted by cops to make a shooting legally justifiable. Perez said he and his partner, Officer Nino Durden, shot an unarmed 18th Street Gang member named Javier Ovando, then planted a semiautomatic rifle on the unconscious suspect and claimed that Ovando had tried to shoot them during a stakeout".

Wikipedia notes:

"As part of his plea bargain, Pérez implicated scores of officers from the Rampart Division’s anti-gang unit, describing routinely beating gang members, planting evidence on suspects, falsifying reports and covering up unprovoked shootings".

(As a side note – and while not technically false flag attacks – police have been busted framing innocent people in many other ways, as well.)

54. A former U.S. intelligence officer recently alleged:

"Most terrorists are false flag terrorists or are created by our own security services".

55. The head and special agent in charge of the FBI’s Los Angeles office said that most terror attacks are committed by the CIA and FBI as false flags. 

Similarly, the director of the National Security Agency under Ronald Reagan – Lt. General William Odom said:

"By any measure the US has long used terrorism. In ‘78-79 the Senate was trying to pass a law against international terrorism – in every version they produced, the lawyers said the US would be in violation".

56. Leaders throughout history have acknowledged the “benefits” of of false flags to justify their political agenda:

“Terrorism is the best political weapon for nothing drives people harder than a fear of sudden death”. – Adolph Hitler “Why of course the people don’t want war … But after all it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship … Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.” – Hermann Goering, Nazi leader. “The easiest way to gain control of a population is to carry out acts of terror. [The public] will clamor for such laws if their personal security is threatened”. – Josef Stalin

The hijacked environmental movement is a symptom of the current general, collective state of humanity: good hearted but ignorant.

By continuing to push notions that carbon dioxide is a poison, that global warming exists and all of mankind is responsible for it, that we need a worldwide carbon tax and that we require Agenda 21-style global governance, these people are unknowingly promoting the New World Order program – and unwittingly placing elite controllers in power who don’t care about the environment and view it merely as a resource to be exploited.



It has even gotten to the point where those opposing popular beliefs about climate change (another Rothschild-Rockefeller creation) are being treated like criminal extremists – there have even been calls in the US for Obama to prosecute them!

Basis for the Hijack: Conspiracy Reports from The Iron Mountain and The Club of Rome

The basis for the hijacked environment movement lies within formerly secret military reports, and one of the elite Round Table groups that run the world: the Club of Rome. 



The Club of Rome meeting in Salzburg in 1972. "The Club of Rome, the prestigious think tank founded in 1968, is for the first time meeting in the Dutch capital Amsterdam. Key guest is former Russian President Mikhail Gorbachov, who is to speak on Monday. Other guests include Queen Beatrix, former Dutch Prime Minister Ruud Lubbers and Environment Minister Jacqueline Cramer.The think tank, which comprises economists, scientists, politicians and business people, meets once a year to discuss environmental pollution, the depletion of natural resources and the growth of the world population." As pointed out by an astute reader, the man fifth from the left is the Prime Minister of Canada - Joseph Philippe Pierre Yves Elliot Trudeau.

I wonder if those who believe in AGW (Anthropogenic Global Warming) or Manmade Global Warming have any idea that the elite came up with the idea of using mankind itself as the global threat against which we are all supposed to gather behind a One World Government?

The 1966 Report from the Iron Mountain was commissioned by John F. Kennedy and considered by Lyndon B. Johnson as too dangerous to reveal to the public at the time when it was completed. This excerpt from it discusses how a global government could be imposed without war, and suggests the threat could instead be environmental pollution:

“The possibility of war provides the sense of external necessity without which no government can long remain in power… An effective political substitute for war would require “alternate enemies,” some of which might seem equally farfetched in the context of the current war system. It may be, for instance, that gross pollution of the environment can eventually replace the possibility of mass destruction by nuclear weapons as the principal apparent threat to the survival of the species. Poisoning of the air, and of the principal sources of food and water supply, is already well advanced, and at first glance would seem promising in this respect; it constitutes a threat that can be dealt with only through social organization and political power. But from present indications it will be a generation to a generation and a half before environmental pollution, however severe, will be sufficiently menacing, on a global scale, to offer a possible basis… [however] the rate of pollution could be increased selectively for this purpose”.

The Club of Rome is one of 6 groups that are close to the center of the Rhodesian Round Table (ultimately funded by Rothschild) which also includes The Bilderberg Group, the CFR, the RIIA, the United Nations and The Trilateral Commission.

The Club of Rome’s 1991 document entitled The First Global Revolution? contains this passage:

“In searching for a common enemy against whom we can unite, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like, would fit the bill. In their totality and their interactions these phenomena do constitute a common threat which must be confronted by everyone together … all these dangers are caused by human intervention in natural processes, and it is only through changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome. The real enemy then is humanity itself.”

Are You Being ‘Green Washed’?

The current environmental movement we see today was hijacked a long time ago. Let’s take a look at the top 4 fallacies the NWO conspirators have managed to get ‘greenies’ to believe.

The Hijacked Environmental Movement Fallacy #1: Carbon Dioxide is a Poison

Let’s start with the basics: carbon dioxide (CO2) is a nutrient, not a poison. We breathe out carbon dioxide every breath, but we also take some of it in on the inbreath. According to the IPCC (Interplanetary Panel on Climate Change), we are therefore poisoning ourselves every breath!



Think about it – if CO2 were really a poison, why does it help plants grow so much?

Why is it a key part of the fundamental equation of biology: sugar + oxygen = carbon dioxide + water + heat?

How is it that those in the environmental movement are ignorant of basic biology?

As the website PlantsNeedCO2.org states, the more CO2 around, the better plants grow:

“In Idso and Idso’s (1994) analysis of soil nutrient limitations, the percentage growth enhancement due to a 300-ppm rise in the air’s CO2 content actually did exhibit a slight (but statistically non-significant) decline, dropping from 51% to 45% when nutrients went from non-growth-limiting to limiting in a group of 70 experiments. But when the atmospheric CO2 enrichment was 600 ppm, this slight negative trend reversed itself, going from a CO2-induced growth stimulation of 43% when nutrients were present in abundance to a 52% enhancement when their supply was sub-optimal. And for a 1200-ppm increase in atmospheric CO2, the percentage growth enhancement jumped from 60% when the soil nutrient supply was adequate to 207% when it was less-than-adequate.”

It’s a simple equation: the more CO2 you have, the more the plants like it, and the faster they will grow.

The demonization of carbon dioxide is not about helping the environment.

AGW or man-made global warming has been exposed as a giant scam. It still remains an open question whether the world is actually warming or cooling, given all the fakery and fudging of data, such as ClimateGate, where hackers found that scientists at the UK’s East Anglia University had deliberately distorted the figures. That is why the term global warming got changed to climate change – this way, no matter what happens with the weather, the IPCC can say the climate is changing. But climate change is a slick truism – you can’t argue against it. Of course the climate is changing. When has it not changed?

The great documentary The Great Global Warming Swindle years ago exposed the lies behind the very political climate change agenda. More than 1,000 dissenting scientists from around the globe have challenged the man-made global warming claims made by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), undermined its claims of scientific consensus, and shredded its credibility in the process.



Furthermore, changes in climate (whether human behavior is causing them or not) are not necessarily bad; in some cases studies have suggested recent changes in climatic conditions are responsible for re-greening parts of the world and changing lives for the better. The Hijacked Environmental Movement Fallacy #3: The Carbon Tax and Global Governance as Eco-Solutions

As pointed out above, all this focus on carbon is for one reason: taxation. The whole scheme to get people and corporations fixated on their carbon footprint – rather than how much actual benefit or harm they are doing the environment – is to pave the way for more taxation and centralization of power.

To have a worldwide carbon tax, of course, you need a One World Government to enforce and collect it. The UN, ICLEI and its other subdivisions are constantly talking about global governance for this very reason.

In this context, “global governance” means centralizing vast amounts of power into a body destined to become the World Government, under the pretext of fighting man-made global warming or climate change.



It also means extending the reach of the United Nations so that local bodies such as local councils and municipalities that belong to ICLEI, (the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives, created in 1990 as a non-governmental spin-off of the United Nations) can implement its global directives and make it look ‘grassroots’, or like it was locally decided.

The Hijacked Environmental Movement Fallacy #4: Overpopulation

Mahatma Gandhi once said: “Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s need, but not every man’s greed.” There is no doubt that rising populations can put a strain on resources, yet where is the proof that the Earth cannot support 7 billion people? Or 9 billion people? Is it really population that is the problem here, or is it rather self-centered greed and destructive environmental practices and technologies?

We can accept the world’s rising population not as a threat or a reason to justify killing (which goes by the euphemism of depopulation) but rather as a challenge. It can propel us into living more from the heart, to having more compassion for those less well off than us, to doing a better job of sharing, of distributing resources equitably. 

It can stimulate us into better modes of efficiency. Could the rising population help a critical mass of people awake to the truth of free energy, and the fact that free energy or over unity devices already exist which provide practically unlimited energy for free or very cheaply?

It has been known in many countries for a long time that as you increase education, you decrease population, naturally. There is no need for stealth sterilization programs, introducing contraceptives through vaccines or other depopulation murder programs. 

When people gain a higher education, they organically choose to have less kids. If the conspirators really cared about the planet’s population, why not use their money to help everyone access better education? The answer is, of course, that they don’t.

Underpinning the propaganda of overpopulation is eugenics. It’s the idea that some humans are superior to others, and that some humans don’t deserve to be here. 

This is really the philosophical and spiritual basis of the hijacking. As they have confessed, the conspirators in their delusions view the rest of the population as a virus that must be rid from the planet. Yet, the real virus is the fear mindset that runs the show in the brains of the elite controllers.

The Real Problem Isn’t Climate Change or Carbon

The real problem with the environment isn’t climate change or carbon, it’s that we as a collective species are trashing and degrading it. We spill oil in our oceans and rivers. We kill off species faster than we can even classify them. We make substances that don’t biodegrade and end up in giant landfills.



We cut down forests without taking enough care to replace them. We use an economic system which incentivizes planned obsolescence and economically encourages us to throw things away rather than repair them. We let maniacal men rule out-of-control Governments that spray toxic weather-altering chemicals like barium, aluminum and strontium chemtrails all over the world – and get away with it.

What does any of this have to do with climate change or carbon? These 2 terms are a huge distraction and a deliberate way to trick people who genuinely care for the environment.

Solution: Get Informed Before You Demonstrate

Do you deeply care for the environment? Great! Then do your research first before joining any protests. Oppose fracking, GMOs, toxic energy systems, geoengineering, and corporate welfare to military companies (the Pentagon is the biggest polluter on planet).

Last year, in September 2014, around 400,000 people turned up in New York for the People’s Climate March – but what is the point of this activism if it gets diverted?

As journalist Naomi Klein wrote in an article for The Nation:

Some of the most powerful and wealthiest environmental organizations have… led the climate movement down various dead ends: carbon trading, carbon offsets, natural gas as a “bridge fuel” - what these policies all held in common is that they created the illusion of progress while allowing the fossil fuel companies to keep mining, drilling and fracking with abandon. We always knew that the groups pushing hardest for these false solutions took donations from, and formed corporate partnerships with, the big emitters. But this was explained away as an attempt at constructive engagement - using the power of the market to fix market failures. Now it turns out that some green groups are literally part owners of the industry causing the crisis they are purportedly trying to solve.

“I’ve shown our colleagues photos taken from space and from aircraft which clearly demonstrate the scale of the illegal trade in oil and petroleum products,” he said. “The motorcade of refueling vehicles stretched for dozens of kilometers, so that from a height of 4,000 to 5,000 meters they stretch beyond the horizon,” Putin added, comparing the convoy to gas and oil pipeline systems.

It’s not the right time to try and figure out which country is more and which is less effective in the battle with Islamic State, as now a united international effort is needed against the terrorist group, Putin said.

Putin reiterated Russia’s readiness to support armed opposition in Syria in its efforts to fight Islamic State.

“Some armed opposition groups consider it possible to begin active operations against IS with Russia’s support. And we are ready to provide such support from the air. If it happens it could become a good basis for the subsequent work on a political settlement,” he said.

“We need to organize work specifically concentrated on the prevention of terrorist attacks and tackling terrorism on a global scale. We offered to cooperate [with the US] in anti-IS efforts. Unfortunately, our American partners refused. They just sent a written note and it says: ‘we reject your offer’,” Putin said. “But life is always evolving and at a very fast pace, often teaching us lessons. And I think that now the realization that an effective fight [against terror] can only be staged together is coming to everybody,” the Russian leader said.

According to Putin, first of all it should be decided which groups in Syria can be considered terrorist organizations and which can be attributed to an armed, but still legitimate part of the Syrian opposition.

“Our efforts must be concentrated on the battle with terrorist organizations.”

Putin also disagreed with Western criticism of Russia’s actions in Syria, where the country has been carrying out a large-scale air campaign against Islamic State and other terror groups since September 30.

“It’s really difficult to criticize us,” he said, adding that Russia has repeatedly asked its foreign partners to provide data on terrorist targets in Syria. “They’re afraid to inform us on the territories which we shouldn’t strike, fearing that it is precisely where we’ll strike; that we are going to cheat everybody,” the president said. “Apparently, their opinion of us is based on their own concept of human decency,” he added.

Putin told the media that Russia has already established contact with the Syrian opposition, which has asked Moscow not to carry out airstrikes in the territories it controls.

Still no conclusion on what caused Sinai plane crash

It’s too early to make conclusions about the reasons for the crash of the Russian A321 jet over Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula in late October, as all possible reasons are still being considered by the investigators, Putin said.

“We know about all the possible scenarios, all of the scenarios are being considered. The final conclusion can only be made after the implementation and completion of the inspection,” he stressed. “If there was an explosion, the traces of explosives would have remained on the liner’s cover and on the belongings of the passengers. It’s inevitable. And we have enough equipment and skilled, world class experts, capable of finding those traces. Only then would it be possible to speak about the reasons for this tragedy,” the president added. With 224 people dying in the crash, Putin said that “it’s a huge emotional pain for all of us; for all Russian people, no matter what the cause of the crash was.”

Judge Anna von Reitz has been dueling with former World Bank attorney Karen Hudes for some time. Ms. Hudes claims to be a “truther”.

The Judge has also been setting us straight on the Constitution and the Law as it was, as it was intended, and as it was manipulated by the corrupt government to ensnare, rob and prosecute The People.

Those who read our affidavit, “You Know Something Is Wrong When…..An American Affidavit of Probable Cause” (available on Amazon) already learned how the “Corporate Congress” conspired to change the meaning of a crucial word - the word “person” to mean “corporation”. Researchers in the Lufkin Case discovered another Motherlode of evidence involving more deliberate corporate semantic deceit and fraud. (Southern District of Texas, Houston Division No. 4:14-CV-0027 and Eastern District of Texas, Lufkin Division No. 9:14-CV-138 - the “Lufkin Case”). I am not sure who to credit for this snippet of case analysis, so will just point out that the next three paragraphs are quotes from a discussion of the case and they present the source of an absolutely crucial bit of information: In Congress on June 30, 1864 (described in detail in both the Houston and Lufkin Record): On that date, Congress quietly decreed that the word “state” (and shortly thereafter “State” and “United States”) means “the territories and the District of Columbia” (13 Stat. 223, 306, ch. 173, sec. 182, June 30, 1864 [Go to “Turn to image” 306]) - but ultimately translates to the District of Columbia only and excludes by design all commonwealths united by and under authority of the Constitution and admitted into the Union . Just a little over a month ago, certain IMF officials said the Chinese yuan was not likely to be included.



Now we have, just a few weeks later, strong speculation that it will be included. As I’ve written and what we’ve seen from other stories in parts one, two and three of this article, the global alliance, which is being led by China and Russia, is in full control. It seems that some major shift has taken place within the IMF in the past few weeks now that they are preparing to include the yuan as reserve status as soon as this November.

If we think about this even deeper, we see that the banking cabal really is stuck. If the yuan is included in the IMF’s basket of reserve currencies, the game is over for the cabal. If the IMF goes back on its latest word, China can still create a new global currency as they have already set up the BRICS Bank and AIIB (Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank).

France’s president Hollande has attacked Charlie Hebdo “conspiracy theorists” in harsh terms, and his think tank, the Jean Jaurés Institute, named me as one of the world’s top five “conspiracy intellectuals” to watch out for.



If I were a truly paranoid conspiracy theorist, or conspiracy intellectual, or whatever, I would think somebody staged these new attacks just as I was leaving Paris and planning to return one month later because…well, because they’re afraid that my book We Are NOT Charlie Hebdo is picking up steam and threatening to expose the state-sponsored crimes of last January.

According to this paranoid interpretation, the Charlie Hebdo high perps are “fleeing forward” into even bigger chaos and an even bigger crackdown on freedom…especially the freedom to seek the truth about false flag terror.

This new attack may throw a monkey wrench into my efforts to get We Are NOT Charlie Hebdo translated into French–which was one of my items of business in Paris.

It may also impede efforts to save Mohamed Boutiche, a witness to the fact that the Kouachi brothers, the designated Charlie Hebdo patsies, were intelligence assets. I just got word that Boutiche has been jailed and will be audited for trial on November 23rd. The authorities will undoubtedly use the new wave of terror hysteria to try to railroad Boutiche and keep a lid on his Charlie Hebdo revelations.

And let’s not forget that the EU just instituted mandatory labeling of products from the Occupied Territories; the Zionists are throwing a gargantuan hissy-fit…just like right before the Charlie Hebdo attacks. Beware of Zionists throwing hissy-fits.

So the least that can be said is that the timing seems extremely suspicious.

Then again, maybe it’s all just coincidence. Maybe this is an actual attack by angry Muslims. Maybe there is no state sponsorship. Maybe this time, for once, it actually ISN’T a false flag.

So although it’s too early to say for sure, I think we can tentatively assume that this Friday the 13th massacre in Paris is just the latest in a long series of false-flag spectacles.

For example, here is the latest batch, released by the United Kingdom in June of 2013. Prior to this release, the presence UFOs was still thought to belong to the realm of conspiracy theories, but thanks to this release, more and more people are starting to take this issue seriously.

Again, large portion of these documents detail military encounters with UFOs. For example, a Defense Intelligence Agency document describes a UFO encounter reported by two F-4 interceptor pilots. Keep in mind, these objects are not only seen by pilots, but they are also tracked and confirmed by radar on the planes and on the ground.



There is often visual confirmation by the pilots who are sent to check the object out as well. During this encounter, the pilots experienced critical instrumentation and electronics loss as they approached the object, and when they turned away from it all instrumentation and communications came back online.

When the F-4 turned away from the object and apparently was no longer a threat to it, the aircraft regained all instrumentation and communications. This is commonly how these situations play out, and as Richard Dolan, author and one of the world’s leading experts on UFOs, stated at the Citizens Hearing On Disclosure, many pilots have actually lost their lives after being ordered to intercept these objects. The nation’s economy, formerly staggering under deep indebtedness, has recovered rapidly and by means not seen since Germany.



The Hungarian Economic Ministry announced that it has, thanks to a “disciplined budget policy,” repaid on August 12, 2013, the remaining €2.2B owed to the IMF - well before the March 2014 due date.

Orbán declared: “Hungary enjoys the trust of investors,” by which is not meant the IMF, the Fed or any other tentacle of the Rothschild financial empire. Rather, he was referring to investors who produce something in Hungary for Hungarians and cause true economic growth.

This is not the “paper prosperity” of plutocratic pirates, but the sort of production that actually employs people and improves their lives.



With Hungary now free from the shackles of servitude to debt slavers, it is no wonder that the president of the Hungarian central bank, operated by the government for the public welfare and not private enrichment, has demanded that the IMF close its offices in that ancient European land.

In addition, the state attorney general, echoing Iceland’s efforts, has brought charges against the last three previous prime ministers because of the criminal amount of debt into which they plunged the nation.

The only step remaining, which would completely destroy the power of the banksters in Hungary, is for that country to implement a barter system for foreign exchange, as existed in Germany under the National Socialists and exists today in the Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, or BRICS, international economic coalition.

And if the United States would follow the lead of Hungary, Americans could be freed from the usurers’ tyranny and likewise hope for a return to peaceful prosperity.

As one of several New Zealand cities that are members of the ‘Mayors for Peace’ global initiative, Wellington should not be hosting this event – particularly when this year’s principal sponsor is Lockheed Martin. This US-based company is a major manufacturer of nuclear weapons and delivery systems for the US and the UK.



It is nothing short of a travesty that Lockheed Martin is being given the red carpet welcome in a city that has prided itself on its nuclear free status for over three decades. And it was only in August of this year that Wellington City Council voted unanimously to endorse a statement by global parliamentarians, Mayors, and religious leaders, calling for the abolition of nuclear weapons.

Lockheed Martin also plies its plethora of conventional military wares to countries with abysmal human rights records. Saudi Arabia, which is currently leading a devastating bombing campaign in Yemen that has killed thousands of civilians and led to a humanitarian catastrophe, is a major recipient. Lockheed Martin recently obtained US government approval for a US$11 billion deal to sell  up to four warships to the wealthy Gulf Kingdom. 

The company also produces the notorious AGM-114 ‘Hellfire’ missile used in the US drone assassination programme – a programme that has killed and terrorised countless civilians from Pakistan to the Horn of Africa. Another sponsor of the Wellington conference, Canadian company CAE, is responsible for training US drone pilots.

Lockheed Martin’s chief executive, Marillyn Hewson, has suggested that continued “volatility” in the Middle East and Asia make them “growth areas” for the company. It is clear that weapons manufacturers are unashamedly exploiting regional geopolitical tensions to peddle their products and services.

They are the unseen actors in conflicts such as those raging across Syria and Yemen, fuelling and profiteering from war and human misery. They are the men (and women) in the shadows. Such merchants of death should have no place in our fine city – or our nation.

Grassroots activists are planning on using nonviolent direct action to delay, disrupt and ultimately stop this year’s weapons conference. They deserve our fullest support.

It is. It’s outdated programming and the engineers of deceit can’t keep up. The vibrational changes are exceeding their capabilities. You know how your phone or computer’s software goes out of date, and new programs can’t operate? It’s the same thing.

First of all you’re in the wrong mindset if you’re looking only for data or left brained evidence, although it’s out there for those who can see. When we come to understand the vibrational workings of our holographic reality everything takes on new dimensions and opens us up to understanding these more esoteric notions.
  
Those with hearts that can see, feel this. I say hearts because much of what we need to grasp or at least track is intuitive. Taking all of the information and dot connecting and personal spiritual experience together paints very clear pictures, we just need to trust what we’re seeing and learning. When we explore these realities we’re sensing we start to notice how they’re manifesting.


  
Forbidding free speech, shooting civilians with no cause, obvious mega bullshit in the news, wars with no possible end, deliberate poisoning, starvation and dumbing down of populations? I mean, c’mon.
  
But it’s kind of a conscious or spiritual symbiosis we’re experiencing. They all work together. But ignoring the spiritual and metaphysical as “evidence” in conjunction with such obvious manifestations is why this world has devolved to its current state. Previous enlightened civilizations and earth connected tribes took this to heart. Our current imposed paradigm does nothing of the sort.

The Computer Analogy

It’s just like expired or outdated software. Their programs can’t keep up with the changes the cosmos is bringing to our planet and race. That’s exactly it. While they’ve literally gotten away with murder for millennia and are working furiously to enforce their “programs” at so many levels, the time’s up.

Sorry Charlie, but you’ve been superceded, or should I say “super seeded”. The new upgraded paradigm is taking over fellas. It’s just a matter of time before your whole wicked system crashes.


  
The shift is moving through their lower level grip and on into massive empowerment and transcension beyond the net they’ve laid for humanity.

It’s got to be frustrating the hell out of these creeps.

Imagine, the very thing you’re trying to encase in every way possible keeps morphing before your eyes. They can throw up matrix program after program but their perceived petri dish subjects just keep finding ways to survive and grow. What irony the Universe has.

Hence the Transhuman Agenda – Things They Think They Can Control

All the while we’re being empowered – by our own awakening and resultant commitment to truth, but also by a fundamental vibrational shift we’re undergoing. No savior, no galactic battlestars. It’s us, and an organic consciousness evolution at the deepest level with a living, expanding and enveloping Universe.

Anyone who’s woken up to almost any degree understands everything is interconnected. Even “modern” physics is arriving at this reality, all while mainstream thinking ignores the profound ramifications. That we’re all interconnected not just as a race, but with the earth and the cosmos in such a fundamental way is a game changer.

While this has been known for eons, our current control model cannot even begin to acknowledge this fact. To these oligarchs and self-appointed maniacal masterminds, no matter what powers they’re summoning, that truth is something apparently well beyond their debased comprehension.



It’s out of their league.
  
Sure, they have their satanic rituals and tap into other dimensional entities, but it’s child’s play compared to the True picture of our all Powerful Creative Universe. That they live in rebellion against this Force is a known reality for millennia, and even alluded to by spiritual traditions and native shamanic teachings alike for ages. Bringing this understanding “down to earth” is another story.  
  
This is why the transhumanism agenda is so important to them. This merging of man with machine has been in the works for a long time. Clipping the link with our humanity by short circuiting the human creation is an obvious next step for these would-be controllers.

Agreed, they’ve made it a fad and carefully groomed acceptance of such a trend, but it’s going to fritz and die in the junkyard of temporal existence. It can’t stand, never mind last, in such a creative force field.
  
Time will bear this out, as has happened to previous off-course civilizations.

Is This For Real?

It’s up to us. We have everything going for us. But our will and actions need to be aligned with this transition. We can ignore it or respond. The sanctity of our free will cannot be violated. Either we get paddling and ride the wave or it crashes on us and perhaps dissipates on the shores of time for lack of recognition or response. And the whole cycle may need to be repeated. Not a nice destiny.

I know I’m not coming back. I’m done with this insanity and am doing my damnedest to change things this time around. If we all did it won’t get repeated, but time will tell. Not many seem to be willing to respond, even though their lives and their children and grandchildren’s lives are at stake. Talk about self imposed defeat and debilitation.
  
Either way, the matrix will collapse. But the true civilization of love, peace, harmony and abundance awaits manifesting.

On Monday, a federal judge ordered a halt to the NSA’s bulk metadata collection program in a reiteration and confirmation of a previous ruling that found the practice “unconstitutional” - and even “Orwellian.”

Edward Snowden immediately hailed the decision, pointing out significant passages from the court to his millions of Twitter followers. Of particular importance - and, indeed, at the heart of both known and potentially unknown domestic spy programs - remains the impossible reckoning between Fourth Amendment protections and the government’s claims of a national security imperative.

“Moved by whatever momentary evil has aroused their fears, officials - perhaps even supported by a majority of citizens - may be tempted to conduct searches that sacrifice the liberty of each citizen to assuage the perceived evil. But the Fourth Amendment rests on the principle that a true balance between the individual and society depends on the recognition of ‘the right to be let [sic] alone - the most comprehensive of rights and the right most valued by civilized men,’” the ruling stated, with emphasis added by Snowden. In another tweet, the whistleblower summarized the ruling: “Judge rejects government claim that so long as you aren’t targeted individually, dragnet searches of your life are OK.”

Though Leon’s judgment arrives mere weeks before metadata collection would naturally end under the USA Patriot Act’s Section 215 upon implementation of the newly passed USA Freedom Act, he emphasized potential implications of any undue delay in bringing such spying to a close, stating:

“In my December 2013 Opinion, I stayed my order pending appeal in light of the national security interests at stake and the novelty of the constitutional issues raised. I did so with the optimistic hope that the appeals process would move expeditiously. However, because it has been almost two years since I first found that the NSA’s Bulk Telephony Metadata Program likely violates the Constitution and because of the loss of constitutional freedoms for even one day is a significant harm […] I will not do that today.”

In other words, the judge harshly repudiated the government’s already poorly disguised emphasis on national security to justify bulk collection as wholly secondary to the individual’s right to privacy under the Constitution.

Leon’s 2013 ruling was struck down in August this year, when an appeals court found the plaintiff in Klayman v. Obama had not established the legal standing necessary to dispute the constitutionality of the NSA program. Once amended appropriately, the judge was able to make a ruling on the original case and issue an injunction to halt bulk collection.

In this ruling, Leon sharply admonished the appeals court for its reversal, saying:

“Because the loss of constitutional freedoms is an ‘irreparable injury’ of the highest order, and relief to the two named plaintiffs would not undermine national security interests, I found that a preliminary injunction was not merely warranted — it was required.” [emphasis by the judge]

Seemingly irritated at the insult of the government maintaining its position on the necessity of bulk collection while ignoring the preceding twenty-two months to find less invasive means to achieve the same goal, Leon searingly stated:

“To say the least, it is difficult to give meaningful weight to a risk of harm created, in significant part, by the Government’s own recalcitrance.”

Pointing out the painfully obvious, Leon derided fictitious claims the government needs bulk data collection at all, considering the program thwarted exactly zero terror attacks throughout its entire duration. In rebuttal to claims the contentious NSA program remains reasonably effective, the judge flatly stated:

“This is a conclusion I simply cannot reach given the continuing lack of evidence that the Program has ever actually been successful as a means of conducting time-sensitive investigations in cases involving imminent threats of terrorism.”

Pulling no punches, Leon concludes with a scathing challenge to the naïveté and blind acceptance Congress mistakenly presumed the public and court would give the contentiously invasive program:

“To be sure, the very purpose of the Fourth Amendment would be undermined were this court to defer to Congress’s determination that individual liberty should be sacrificed to better combat today’s evil.”

Employing linguistic subtlety which, at times, borders on a verbal smackdown, Judge Richard Leon brilliantly sent the NSA, Congress, and rest of the government a message that couldn’t be denied this second time around: Nobody buys your bullshit.

The purpose of this article is to shed light on some topics that have garnered considerable attention over the years and to identify the underlying thread, that surprisingly connects them all.

Creating considerable dissent with the status quo and more specifically with The Federal Reserve and C.I.A., Kennedy signed Executive Order 11110 into law on June 4th, 1963, which gave the president the right to issue gold-backed currency, and completely without permission from The Federal Reserve.

But where was Kennedy going to receive such large amounts of gold to back a new Treasury note?

A Little History

In the 1930's, royal Asian families had seen that some of their gold and silver holdings in Southeast Asia were being plundered by the Japanese and needed to do something about it.

In 1938, the Chinese Kuomintang government sent 7 warships loaded with gold and silver to the US Federal Reserve for safekeeping.

In return, the Chinese were given 60 year gold bonds–a subject we will return to further down. A few years later in 1944, the infamous Bretton Woods Conference took place in which the US, France and Britain were given a 50 year mandate to modernize and transform the world for the better.

Backing this new global financial system that had just been set up was a now estimated 2 million metric tons of gold, held by this group of royal Asian families, which is also known as the Dragon Family.

By August 17th, 1945, President Soekarno of Indonesia had been elected "M1" or Monetary Controller of this large cache of assets, granted under  United Nations Resolution MISA 81704, Operation Heavy Freedom. 

These assets are better known as the Global Collateral Accounts and were originally intended to be used for the modernization of the world through several humanitarian projects. The Dragon Family are the legitimate Depositors of these accounts.

By 1955, it was shown that the International Monetary Fund, which was also created at Bretton Woods, was not living up to its word and was instead serving only the interest of the banking and political elite.

It was at this time that a growing alliance began to see that these funds were being used to fuel the Cold War tension and decided to strongly oppose the shady banking cabal.

By 1963, this alliance pooled their financial resources together to create the Green Hilton Memorial Agreement, which was signed by John F. Kennedy and President Skoearno and was finished on November 14, 1963.

This agreement was to utilize the Global Collateral Accounts for global development and humanitarian projects (along with a new US Treasury Note, a new supernational / international note backed by gold and would bring an end to The Federal Reserve system and the CIA).

Just 8 days later, JFK was assassinated.

A short time following Kennedy’s passing, President Soekarno was driven from power by way of a coup.

By 1968, the Bush, Kissinger, Rockefeller and other influential families created a fake heir to the rights of the Global Collateral Accounts.

Up until the writing of this article in November of 2015, these accounts have been illegally and fraudulently used by the central banking system.

The 9/11 Connection

In 1998, 60 years after the Federal Reserve Board and the Chinese swapped gold for gold bonds, the Chinese requested their gold back.

After refusal from the Fed, the Chinese Kuomintang government followed with a lawsuit.

The International Court of Justice ruled that the Fed needed to return the gold, which was later agreed upon by the Fed. The first payment was scheduled to be delivered September 12th, 2001.

Interestingly, on September 10th, 2001, former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld announced that 2.3 trillion dollars went missing from the Pentagon defense budget.

Even more conspicuous, Cantor Fitzgerald Securities, the company that was handling the paper work for the gold to be delivered back to the Chinese, was inside One World Trade Center on floors 101-105.

All 658 of their employees were murdered on that day as the towers fell and the gold was not returned to the Chinese.


The Monaco Accords, The Trillion Dollar Lawsuit and the BRICS

In August of 2011, representatives from 57 nations (none were invited from the West) came together off the coast of Monaco to create an alliance designed to legally take down the central banking cabal and create a new global financial system using the Global Collateral Accounts for many development and humanitarian projects.

Reports from Neil Keenan, who helped arrange this historic meeting and has been entrusted with protecting and restoring the legal rights back to the Dragon Family and settling the Global Collateral Accounts for the benefit of humanity, has stated that this Monaco meeting alliance has now swelled to 182 countries and is being spearheaded by the BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa).

Neil also filed a lawsuit in the Southern District of New York on November 23, 2011 to the tune of over a trillion dollars against the United Nations, the Office of International Treasury Control, Silvio Berlusconi, Ban Ki-Moon, the World Economic Forum and several others.

For those that want proof of this lawsuit, here is a screenshot of the filed case. This comes from pacer.gov, which is used to look up filed cases. Take a look at the plaintiff and defendants.

Since that time, Neil has withdrawn the suit (Obama’s economic advisor’s brother became the judge and he previously had never been a judge before) to refile in an even more effective jurisdiction and plans to do this in the very near future.

This new lawsuit will be bigger and will expose the EU, the Federal Reserve and all the parties mentioned above, plus much more.

Neil Keenan has also filed liens and a Cease and Desist order against all twelve central banks in the U.S. and a Cease and Desist order on behalf of the Dragon Family against names like Queen Elizabeth II, Hilary Clinton, George Herbert Walker Bush, George W. Bush, David Rockefeller and several other well known names.

A BBC journalist, John Darvall, has lambasted his own career at the BBC.

“This poor piece of journalism made Tuesday probably the worst day of this whole episode so far."

This provoked wider criticism of traditional media from Darvall.

“This week TV and newspapers have proven to me why they are not the future of news."

Darvall then hailed the internet as the bastion of real media.

“The internet allows us to come to our own conclusions by checking our own facts. We really can’t trust the traditional outlets to do it right or properly."

He specified social media as the future of of news.

“If they can’t even get their facts right, be trusted with clear information and then report it accurately is it any wonder that we are all turning to Facebook, Twitter and other internet sources for our news and information?"

He said this of his own career:

“I am ashamed to be a journalist."

And left us with a piece of advice:

“Trust nothing you read or watch."

Can we trust the BBC?

The BBC is the envy of much of the world: a media free from vested interest; free to serve the public for the greater good. We observe the likes of Fox News in the USA and are thankful. A properly informed public is the foundation of any meaningful democracy, and a publicly owned media outlet can circumvent the position of the powerful as the ‘gatekeepers’ of information.

This is the concept of the BBC, but the reality is far from it. A major content analysis from Cardiff University reveals the BBC is in fact pro-business and conservative leaning in its coverage, contrary to George Osborne’s claims that the BBC has an ‘anti-business’ slant.

The study found that on BBC News at Six, business representatives outnumbered trade union spokespersons by a ratio of more than 5-to-1 in 2007, and of 19-to-1 in 2012. Research into the BBC coverage of the 2008 financial crisis revealed similar pro-business sentiment. Opinion was almost completely dominated by investment bankers, stockbrokers and other city voices.



Not only does the corporation give disproportionate voice to big business, but it gives Tories more airtime than Labour. When Gordon Brown was in power in 2007, his coverage exceeded that of David Cameron by a ratio of 2-to-1. This is to be expected: the current Prime Minister will get more airtime. But, in 2012 Cameron’s coverage exceeded that of Ed Miliband by double that ratio (4-to-1).

One might say Labour’s reluctance to put Miliband front and centre is the reason for this. However, the study found much the same disparity when comparing cabinet members and ministers to their counterparts in the shadow cabinet.

Under a Conservative government in 2012, coverage of Tory ministers exceeded that of their Labour counterparts, again by more than 4-to-1. Meanwhile, under the 2007 Labour government, Labour ministers’ exceeded that of their Conservative counterparts, again by only 2-to-1. Factoring in who is presently in power, the Tories still get double the airtime Labour do.

A root cause of this is the way members of the BBC Trust are selected. The BBC Trust is the body that governs and regulates the corporation. Currently, the monarch appoints BBC Trust members on the advice of government ministers. This has led to a public service run by people with strong business and political affiliation.

Rona Fairhead was made Chairwoman of the BBC Trust on the recommendation of former Conservative culture secretary Sajid Javid. She serves on the board of directors of several large corporations, including PepsiCo and HSBC. She is also the business ambassador for the UK Trade and Investment governing body.

The Vice-Chairwoman, Diane Coyle, sits on the advisory panel for EDF and is managing director of ‘Enlightenment Economics’, an economic consultancy for large corporate clients, such as Vodaphone.

The presenter for the BBC’s flagship political programme Daily Politics is Andrew Neil, chairman of the conservative news outlet ‘The Spectator’ and publisher of London global business magazine, ‘The Business’.

The business editor is Kamal Ahmed of the right-wing Sunday Telegraph, who was rebuked by the Guardian’s Nick Davies for ‘banging the war drums’ over the invasion of Iraq.

We might avoid such disproportionate coverage were the regulatory body not spearheaded by tycoons. While they may not actively seek to advance a particular agenda, they are predisposed to the ideology behind their affiliations.

The BBC is worth fighting for. The concept is incredible, but it needs huge reform. The government should not simply dictate who sits on the regulatory body. The BBC Trust should be representative of the public it is supposed to serve, not the vested interest it is supposed to bypass.

When Darvall tells us to trust nothing we read in the media, his advice penetrates even the BBC, which is often considered the global standard of honest journalism.

Police were called to the upmarket Dupont Circle Hotel at about 11.30am on Thursday and found him dead. The Russian Embassy confirmed Lesin had died.

A police spokesman would only confirmed that a 'death investigation' had been launched.

In a statement released by the Kremlin's press service, Putin said: 'The president has a high appreciation for Mikhail Lesin’s massive contribution to the creation of modern Russian mass media.'

Lesin owns multiple properties in Los Angeles worth at least $28million, arousing suspicions among officials who called for a money laundering probe.

Republican Senator Roger Wicker wrote a letter to then Attorney General Eric Holder in December 2013 saying Lesin had 'multi-million dollar assets' in the US and Europe.



President Putin paid tribute to Lesin (behind Putin), saying he had made a 'massive contribution' to Russian mass media. The station said Lesin was responsible for 'inspiring the creation' of the agency, which is widely regarded in the West as a mouthpiece for the Kremlin. 

'That a Russian public servant could have amassed the considerable funds required to acquire and maintain these assets in Europe and the United States raises serious questions,' Wicker wrote.

Lesin's company the Dastel Corporation bought a 13,000 sq ft Beverl y Hills home in August 2011 for $13.8million and a 10,600 sq ft property in Brentwood for $9million in 2012, it was reported. It is not known whether the FBI launched an investigation.

Lesin, who was Russian press minister from 1999 to 2004 and presidential media adviser from 2004 to 2009, is credited with founding state television network Russia Today in 2005.

Secretary of State John Kerry has referred to Russia Today, often shortened to RT, as a 'propaganda bullhorn'.

Following the crisis in Ukraine, Kerry said: 'Russia Today network has deployed to promote president Putin's fantasy about what is playing out on the ground.

After leaving the Kremlin Lesin went on to become a senior executive at Gazprom-Media, Russia's largest media holding company. He resigned for family reasons last year.



The wealthy Russian was staying at the Dupont Circle Hotel, which charges up to $250 a night for a room. 

Lesin was married and had a daughter from his first marriage in 1979 and a son from his second marriage in 1983. He had five grandchildren.

His son Anton Lessine is a Hollywood film producer and worked on 2014 movies Fury, starring Brad Pitt, and Sabotage, featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger.


Russia Today: The 'Propaganda Bullhorn' Founded by Lesin

The idea for Russia Today (RT) was conceived by Mikhail Lesin as the Russian government sought to improve the public image of the country.

Before its conception in 2005, the head of the RIA Novosti news agency Svetlana Mironyuk said Russia was only known for 'communism, snow and poverty'.

Some would argue RT has done little to change that, with most of the West seeing the state-funded television network as a media arm for the Kremlin and Vladimir Putin.

During the conflict between Russia and Georgia in 2008, RT named Georgia as the aggressor, despite Russia invading parts of Georgia, which had merely defended itself against attack from the separatist governments of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.



The channel caused consternation in the US in 2010 when it released controversial adverts showing President Barack Obama merging into Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

It was captioned 'Who poses the greatest nuclear threat?' and subsequently banned in US airports, while a similar advert showing a soldier merging into a Taliban fighter causing similar uproar.

In 2012 RT's website was hacked by a group called Antileaks, believed to be because of Wikileaks chief Julian Assange backing of the channel or because of the jailing of protest group Pussy Riot. Secretary of State John Kerry has referred to Russia Today, often shortened to RT, as a 'propaganda bullhorn'.

Humanity's been carefully anesthetized. Things are moving so fast and crazy and in so many weird directions it's tantamount to mass insanity going on. Yet most don't even notice, and that's the weirdest thing of all.

The Romans came up with the idea that if you keep the people fed, watered and entertained - distracted - the 'elite' can get away with anything, behind the scenes. Today we have professional sports hysteria, mass media movies, mindless reality TV and music filling that role nicely, while subconsciously programming the masses with the themes and thoughtforms the elite decide on to further their agendas

"Bread and circuses" (or bread and games; from Latin: panem et circenses) is metonymic for a superficial means of appeasement. In the case of politics, the phrase is used to describe the generation of public approval, not through exemplary or excellent public service or public policy, but through diversion; distraction; or the mere satisfaction of the immediate, shallow requirements of a populace, as an offered "palliative." Its originator, Juvenal, used the phrase to decry the selfishness of common people and their neglect of wider concerns. The phrase also implies the erosion or ignorance of civic duty amongst the concerns of the commoner.

How do they maintain this illusion? Mental conditioning is the name of the game for the designers and propagators of the matrix.

Once the pattern is established in its captive subjects, the more you can pour the lies on without them being noticed. Also disguised is the fact that their every intention for humanity is for control and exploitation....at any cost or consequence to these expendable "human resources".

To achieve this conditioning requires quite an effort on their part, because we are ultimately irrepressible and they know that. It's like chemtrails. If they don't keep spraying the required concentration of their toxic soup the effects start to wane, like the fluoride dosing and the rest. To keep the vast majority sleep walking they use all kinds of methods and have to maintain them.

Some fundamental questions that beg answers that are evident before any clear thinking individual:

How can a government usurping monstrosity like the United Snakes Corporation and its affiliate thugs gang rape a planet and make it look benevolent?

How can obviously lying elitist politicians bought off by the highest bidder be taken as serious entities in governing institutions?

How can known secretive government sponsored agencies pull off assassinations and staged bombings and shootings in plain sight?

How can the most murderous, supremacist, fascist, arrogant, racist people on earth be called "the chosen ones" and given title to anything they want including their own sanctioned Zionist territory and ravenous, genocidal agenda and be given complete religious, social and political immunity and massive financial support? All supposedly based on clearly misguided insane religious zeal?

How can sweeping freedom destroying measures be instituted by "executive order" and other means in a representative republic, or any supposedly democratic regime?

How can the food, water and air be deliberately poisoned in public knowledge and in plain sight?

How can the genetic modification of not just plants and animals but human beings be tolerated, no matter the stated justification?

How can technocratic electro-surveillance, artificial intelligence, robotic warfare and social and mental manipulation be known and accepted as legitimate human altering science and in full implementation for mass control?

....and on and on...why wouldn't people in such an abused situation not go virtually berserk in protest, or a least speak out on a massive scale?

Every day I'm just amazed that so few seem to notice what's going on. The business as usual behavior and shallow chatter about nothing and the complete dependence on routine behavior for money and phony goals is just mind-boggling.

Clearly, there won't be a world in which to live even those shallow goals if things aren't changed drastically.

The day we hope our children and grandchildren to grow up in is quickly becoming not just night, but a literal nightmare.

Despite this meme of humanity being fodder for others being shown to mankind for eons via literature or inside messengers, humanity doesn't get it. It's another surreptitious way to hide the Truth; sci-fi or story-fy it. Turn the real direction of the controllers into a fiction, a fantasy, and entertainment.

I'm convinced there's something very occult and spiritual that is ultimately behind all this, and these described techniques are just to augment the signal from the bowels of the matrix, be they archontic or some other form of inter-dimensional influence perpetrated by willing psychopaths amongst us. Just as how chemtrails are used by the EMFs to manipulate weather patterns while serving other purposes, they provide an enhanced medium for these spiritual influences to take effect.

Comment: There has been an enormous effort to promulgate disinformation regarding chemtrails which includes inducing the belief, against the evidence, that the government is "in control of the weather."



Chemtrails, Disinformation and the Sixth Extinction

Certainly, there is some kind of atmospheric spraying going on in many places, but this activity is mainly aimed at:

1) providing a bounce screen for HAARP mind control waves;

2) providing fuel for the rumors that the government is in control by dribbling a few toxic substances onto the masses which

3) can make people sick and thus more susceptible to the mind control waves.

The question arises, is something else being perpetrated on a massive scale? Are we subjects of another realm?

I don't know. But does it matter where this oppression originates? I'm sure aware of the possibility and inclined to think so, but that doesn't excuse or distance me from the very real struggle we find ourselves in.

On the rubbish Labour Weekend just gone, Vinny Eastwood was standing on a skinny road divider at a big intersection in Hamilton. He had a megaphone and a video camera and a message.

The case is a difficult one. The chemtrails idea is that the contrails from many jets are not water vapour or wing-tip vortices but instead chemicals. Sprayed for some unknown purpose by persons unknown. The evidence appears to be, primarily, that jet "contrails" last a lot longer these days, often stretching from horizon to horizon and eventually spreading out to cover the sky.

"Researchers" say soil testing has shown dangerously elevated levels of aluminum and barium under the trails. Debunkers have answers - contrails are the same as always, the testing is badly flawed and misrepresented. There are videos online from both sides. Maybe thousands. The best open with slow-motion shots of high-flying jets contrailing. At extreme zoom, this is a spooky, ethereal sight, often made more so by a discordant conspiracy-music soundtrack. But even forgetting which scientist says what, it has two big problems. Five thousand people, minimum, would have to keep their mouths shut. And its indiscriminate nature means the people behind it would also be breathing its poison. Vinny bats the excuses away. Those involved with filling and spraying would be working in compartments, not being able to recognise their little job is part of a big-picture operation. Those involved in organising it higher up would be complicit and bound by penalty clauses. To him the elites subject to the spray are no longer human or rational in a way that we would recognise. A class of suited, Lamborghini-driving psychopaths driven mad by limitless money and leisure and specially protected by their access to way better healthcare.

"I took two lessons from that: The police lie and the legal system doesn't make sense."

Those lessons percolated for a couple of years. Radicalisation, he observes, often happens after some trauma. He still became a salesman, where he learned to talk and manipulate and sway people. He was pretty good at it, but there was a problem.

"I realised I was the only one with a conscience. I was sabotaged."

In 2008, the company offered him $6,000 if he would leave within the next five minutes.

When the money ran out, the financial pressure came on and he got depressed. He developed what he describes as "employer phobia" - a fear of being employed. This raises eyebrows, but he insists it's a real thing. "It was a panic attack. I went for an interview and had shortness of breath and my legs started coming out from under me. I was sweating and very uncomfortable".

"I knew I didn't want to work for someone else, I wanted to work with people," he says. He had intuited that both being under arrest and working for someone else was a form of slavery.

Just recently there were very hard times. His girlfriend - who leaves early in the morning for work - told him he had to get a job. He arranged an interview but suffered a panic attack the night before.

Just in time things got better. Through the protesting network he'd got spots on Radio Waatea and produced his own YouTube channel. It was spotted by the producers of a thing called American Freedom Radio, who recruited him about six months ago. He does a show, two hours five days a week, 5-7pm US Central time, 11am to 1pm in New Zealand.

Live radio and a simultaneous video feed on a webcast. It leaves him with about $50 to spend after it pays the rent on the basement flat the couple share in Glen Eden. People give him stuff - cigarettes and food and computers. He's looking for more, though. "I couldn't have done it without my girlfriend." He wants to be able to support them so she doesn't have to work.

His show is subtitled The Lighter Side of Genocide. It's a good rhyme and a good concept. Almost everyone flirts with a conspiracy theory, though usually just one. People with jobs, responsibility and families will tell you in conversational tones that parts of 9/11 may have been caused by missiles and that there might be something suspicious on the far side of the moon.

It's like Trade Me for conspiracies. Vinny and AFR can be intensely interesting to all of the people some of the time. And he likes a laugh.

"I may be getting exterminated, but it doesn't mean I can't have a sense of humour about it."

There are radical fora on Triangle TV and other webcasts, but they're not for him. "They have the host and the false Left and false Right guest." Vinny thinks they are just different heads of the same hydra. "They will never invite me on." Freedom Radio thinks it has 100,000 listeners a day at some point. There is a rolling bar on the AFR site showing who has come online in the last five minutes. Thirty-five have shown up in the last segment. It shows addresses from all around the world. Someone is hearing this in Lower Hutt.

Vinny starts his intro, the show beaming live from the "Sunny slave South Pacific". Today's guest on the phone is Richard "Rick" Miller, a former trainer of navy Seals.

Except he's not there. Vinny has to riff for a full seven minutes while the producers track Rick down. This is hard, but not for Vinny. With no warning, he fills the air (the conspiracies are legion and provide endless talk).

Vinny's not trained in radio and it shows. He fluffs and mumbles, he's indistinct and too loud by turns. But there is a raw energy and showmanship that, cleaned up and disciplined, could make him conspiracy radio's Martin Devlin.

He tells a joke. "Paradox? I thought that was a half-bird, half oxen created by Monsanto" It is a joke and not a conspiracy theory. But you wonder if some who are listening get that.

Richard Miller turns up and the conversation starts.


It turns out that Miller thinks some things that many would consider strange:

Four-foot dandelions grow in Hawaii and people are getting sick from the (suppressed) spread of radiation from Japan's stricken reactors.

Caesium in San Francisco's milk is 100 per cent above Environmental Protection Authority levels.

He made particles go faster than the speed of light (if I'm hearing that correctly) in his junior year in high school.

The US detonated a nuclear weapon on Mars in 1967.

Followed by a manned mission in 1968.

The prime directive of the New World Order is that there are too many people and half of us have to die.

He has proved that 9/11 was a US government-run operation.

But he also thinks some interesting things:

That gardening should be a competitive sport.

And other things that make a good point:

That food should not be monetised.

The idea that financial speculation on food stocks is both immoral and dangerous is a real issue discussed by serious people in the real world - so much so that such crazed radicals as Germany's Deutsche Bank say they're not going to do it any more.

This is not suppressed, but it is not discussed widely in the Mainstream Media (MSM in conspiracy-speak). The reasons are probably banal, but Vinny and many others think we hide stuff. Vinny's producer, Mitch Santell, turns up and opens a beer. The Californian has been here five years.

He says the MSM won't tell you things they will - for instance, that vaccines are dangerous. He doesn't vaccinate his kids. Mitch says chemtrails began in New Zealand not long after he got here in 2008. He has noticed definite changes in the weather. He says alternative media will eventually replace the MSM. This could be his best theory.

Putting aside the content of the show, there are things going on in Vinny's home that could probably only happen in a semiprofessional and fully ideologically committed media. The flat is the same as 200 others in this suburb. A poster condemning the current prime minister, a Swiss ball, the modesty of old couches covered by feminine coverlets.

There's unknown art on the wall and worn flatware on its third life. A scene unchanged for most cool young Westie couples since the 1970s. The two beautiful and monster-sized silver Macs in the flat are the only thing different and they are revolutionary.

They mean, with the addition of a $100 Repco garage light, that from nowhere central Vinny can broadcast what is essentially a TV show to a potential audience of everyone in the world.

Vinny and his guest talk to callers on a multichannel Skype feed for an hour after the show. He writes and videos and records and then puts it all on one page. His business model involves donations and subscriptions as well as paid ads. A lot has been said in polished corporate boardrooms about this being the future for media. But it's the part-time skint guy in bare feet with no media training (who believes the sky is falling) who is doing it right now. The medium might be the show's biggest message.

Mitch is the product of an old Hollywood family, brought up on showbiz and its politics. He's an experienced radio hand and talks assuredly about the ins and outs of who's going where in US conspiracy radio and why that's a mistake. Exposing the inner workings of the world is, a little ironically, big business.

The top dog worldwide is probably Infowar's Alex Jones, whose viewers and listeners and watchers across his multimedia empire stretch into the tens of millions. George Noory posts similar numbers with his older, more radio-focused audience. The "truthers", as Mitch calls them, also claim madcap Russian TV host Max Keiser (seen here on Sky), who regularly talks to people on shaky internet connections from the basements of occupied Amerikkka.

There's a question I know the pair will not be able to answer. A beautiful post-modern killer app that will warp their twisted minds straight. Why am I, a sucker on the Fairfax tentacle of the MSM octopus, sitting here now saying this? Why am I providing them the air of publicity?

Shouldn't I be busy maintaining the necessary illusions that keep the sheep tame? Vinny says he checked me out (someone actually has been ringing around) and - in summary - I brook no controls over my wandering. A wild thing, hunting in the jungle of lies for the truth that is my only sustenance.

Which is a nice thing to say and proves he was a good salesman, but more aspirational than accurate. I get an insight, too - a conspiracy theory (as opposed to an actual conspiracy or the harmful reaction to a supposed conspiracy) is a lot of fun. Like telling a ghost story. Especially if you are supposed to be on the inside of it.

The temptation to stir the pot and encourage with false evidence is almost overwhelming. The truth is, however, that everyone up and down the MSM control apparatus is very interested in what he is about.

Vinny doesn't believe every conspiracy theory: the fluoride thing, yes, because he's seen the science. But a caller accused him of causing a tornado on the North Shore by not accepting Jesus as his saviour. He doesn't believe that. He does think all conspiracies - his word - tie into each other somehow.

Thus the JFK shooting is related to the fluoride issue in some way currently unclear. But all in the family are not equal. It has its black sheep.

"Conspiracy theorists can become very lonely. Some withdraw from society after they try to convince their family and friends and get rejected. Some become nuts and believe all they hear," says Vinny.

The pair don't roll that way. They snort derision at the dude who seriously claims actress Tina Fey, politician Sarah Palin and a third woman are actually the same person. Based on measurements of their ear lobes.

Ridiculous and we all laugh together, at last. "That guy's f. . .king crazy," says Vinny.

Nervous System Manipulation

The technology has the capability of controlling the specific frequency necessary to excite certain senses and incite specific emotions. This means, that while unsuspecting citizens and audiences are viewing video streams, whether through a television, computer, cell phone, or even at a movie theater, your emotions could be triggered through physiological technology without your knowing.

This technology could excite anger when certain images are being viewed, then associate those feelings with whatever agenda the creator wants. The same goes for sexual stimulation, fear, happiness, etc…

Manipulating people’s nerves, to excite and alter emotions can be used as a weapon of control against the masses. This patent was filed in 2003 by Hendricus Loos. Who know’s what it is being used for.



These infrasonic frequencies are not only being pulsed out of video monitoring systems, they can come from anything, including satellites, WiFi, Bluetooth, Microwaves, On*Star, or any other transmitter that pulses frequencies – including your radio.

Infrasound

This technology is an advancement into infrasound technologies which have been around for some 50 years or more. The Russians invented infrasound weapons after World War 2. The idea was to control massive amounts of soldiers from a distance, possibly even putting them to sleep.

Bastoy Prison: The World’s Nicest Prison

About 75 kilometers off the coast of Oslo in Norway, is an island that's home to some 115 criminals, including the the country’s most dangerous, convicted of crimes such as murder, rape and drug dealing.



An inmate sentenced to sixteen years and a half for murder and narcotics related crime is seen sun bathing in front of the wooden cottage where he lives in Bastoy Prison.

However, doing time here is like being on a holiday. There are no barbed-wire-topped walls or electrified fences circle the island, nor do armed guards and attack dogs patrol the grounds. Prisoners live in brightly painted small wooden cottages, and tend to farm animals, grow crops and chop wood.

For recreation, there's a beach where prisoners sunbathe in the summer, plenty of good fishing spots, horses for riding, a sauna and tennis courts. Dinner offers a choice of dishes such as “fish balls with white sauce and shrimps" and everything from chicken con carne to salmon. It's like “the holiday version of Alcatraz.”

The kind of treatment offered to these prisoners usually perplex, sometimes even offend people who believe that prison should be a place of deprivation and penance rather than domestic comfort.

But if the goal of prison is to change people, Bastoy seems to work. Only 16% of prisoners who come out of Bastoy reoffend within two years of being released, compared to Norway's national average of 20 percent, and the European average of 70%.

According to Arne Kvernvik Nilsen, a former governor of Bastoy, it’s all about attitude, respect, and self-discovery. “The only way we have to change people is to put [them] in a situation where the change can start from inside in each individual. And that has to start with him discovering himself in a new way, instead of looking at himself as a failure.”

Bastoy Prison encourages such dramatic change by handing responsibility back to inmates, often through a series of choices. Inmates at Bastoy can make their own decisions regarding how to carry out their respective sentences. Some have chosen to work with the various animals - tending to horses in the stable, or raising cattle, sheep, or lambs. Others have filled positions as farmers, chefs, grocery-store managers, carpenters, mechanics, and even ferry operators.

There are no wakeup calls in the morning. Prisoners have to be at work and school on time, and have to be able to prove that they are responsible. The working day begins at 8:30 in the morning until 3:30 in the afternoon when there is a roll call, after which most of the prison staff head home leaving only five guards to keep watch overnight.

These are the houses for the prisoners that can accommodate up to six people, but every man has his own room and they share kitchen and other facilities. Only one meal a day is provided in the dining hall, while breakfast and evening meals have to be cooked. For their work, the men earn 60 NOK per workday (about $10) and are given food allowances each month with which to buy provisions for their self-prepared meals from the island's well-stocked mini-supermarket.

Any prisoner in Norway can apply for a transfer to Bastoy when they have up to five years left of their sentence to serve. Every type of offender, including those convicted of grave crimes such as murder or rape, may be accepted, so long as they are willing to live a crime-free life on release.

Many prisoners who have served long time in a maximum security prison elsewhere use Bastoy as a stepping stone to adjust to a normal life before they are released. Even a short stint at Bastoy seems to have a profound effect on the inmates. Arne Kvernvik Nilsen quotes several inmates saying “The time I have spent here has made me to realize that I’m not such a bad guy. And I have decided that I will change my way of living”.

"This is not something that we can punish them into discovering,” said Nilsen.

Bastoy Island itself was once home to a cruel juvenile detention center where boys were suppressed by the Norwegian military using brutal disciplinary methods. The boys home was taken over by the government in 1953 and closed permanently in 1970. Today it is home to the most liberal prison in the world.

The masses can no longer escape the knowledge that they’re being taken for a walk down a dark alley. The way money is created in our global society benefits the so-called elite at the expense of the 99.9%. It doesn’t have to be this way though, all we have to do is stand up and demand that it change.

Of course we can. If so, we could genuinely attempt to finally overcome poverty, homelessness and other socioeconomic disadvantage. In fact, there are some places on earth that have already taken the lead in transforming the way money is created and distributed in their society.



First of course is Iceland, who not only jailed 26 bankers for their fraudulent behavior that contributed to their economic meltdown during the GFC, but they are also initiating massive reforms to their banking sector. Additionally, they are going to give every citizen a share of the profit from the sale of one of their biggest banks.

It’s only the beginning, but well done Iceland, you’re killing it (the monetary-madness, that is).

Another example is North Dakota, who operates under a public-banking model. They have designed their state-owned bank in a way that was essentially immune to the 2008 GFC. It has also outperformed the private banking industry in terms of profitability.

Many matrix-media explanations focus on excess deposits or the oil boom for its success, however that is simply not true. As explained in a Global Research article:

"To what, then, are the remarkable achievements of this lone public bank attributable? The answer is something the privately-owned major media have tried to sweep under the rug: the public banking model is simply more profitable and efficient than the private model. Profits, rather than being siphoned into offshore tax havens, are recycled back into the bank, the state and the community”.

Last week, something remarkable happened;

The Bank of England let the cat out of the bag. In a paper called "Money Creation in the Modern Economy", co-authored by three economists from the Bank's Monetary Analysis Directorate, they stated outright that most common assumptions of how banking works are simply wrong, and that the kind of populist, heterodox positions more ordinarily associated with groups such as Occupy Wall Street are correct. In doing so, they have effectively thrown the entire theoretical basis for austerity out of the window.

To get a sense of how radical the Bank's new position is, consider the conventional view, which continues to be the basis of all respectable debate on public policy. People put their money in banks. Banks then lend that money out at interest - either to consumers, or to entrepreneurs willing to invest it in some profitable enterprise.

True, the fractional reserve system does allow banks to lend out considerably more than they hold in reserve, and true, if savings don't suffice, private banks can seek to borrow more from the central bank.

The central bank can print as much money as it wishes. But it is also careful not to print too much. In fact, we are often told this is why independent central banks exist in the first place. If governments could print money themselves, they would surely put out too much of it, and the resulting inflation would throw the economy into chaos.



Institutions such as the Bank of England or US Federal Reserve were created to carefully regulate the money supply to prevent inflation. This is why they are forbidden to directly fund the government, say, by buying treasury bonds, but instead fund private economic activity that the government merely taxes.

It's this understanding that allows us to continue to talk about money as if it were a limited resource like bauxite or petroleum, to say "there's just not enough money" to fund social programmes, to speak of the immorality of government debt or of public spending "crowding out" the private sector.





What the Bank of England admitted this week is that none of this is really true. To quote from its own initial summary:

"Rather than banks receiving deposits when households save and then lending them out, bank lending creates deposits" … "In normal times, the central bank does not fix the amount of money in circulation, nor is central bank money 'multiplied up' into more loans and deposits."

In other words, everything we know is not just wrong – it's backwards.

When banks make loans, they create money. This is because money is really just an IOU.

The role of the central bank is to preside over a legal order that effectively grants banks the exclusive right to create IOUs of a certain kind, ones that the government will recognise as legal tender by its willingness to accept them in payment of taxes.

There's really no limit on how much banks could create, provided they can find someone willing to borrow it.

They will never get caught short, for the simple reason that borrowers do not, generally speaking, take the cash and put it under their mattresses; ultimately, any money a bank loans out will just end up back in some bank again.

So for the banking system as a whole, every loan just becomes another deposit. What's more, insofar as banks do need to acquire funds from the central bank, they can borrow as much as they like; all the latter really does is set the rate of interest, the cost of money, not its quantity.

Since the beginning of the recession, the US and British central banks have reduced that cost to almost nothing.

In fact, with "quantitative easing" they've been effectively pumping as much money as they can into the banks, without producing any inflationary effects.

What this means is that the real limit on the amount of money in circulation is not how much the central bank is willing to lend, but how much government, firms, and ordinary citizens, are willing to borrow.

Government spending is the main driver in all this (and the paper does admit, if you read it carefully, that the central bank does fund the government after all). So there's no question of public spending "crowding out" private investment. It's exactly the opposite.

Why did the Bank of England suddenly admit all this? Well, one reason is because it's obviously true.

The Bank's job is to actually run the system, and of late, the system has not been running especially well. It's possible that it decided that maintaining the fantasy-land version of economics that has proved so convenient to the rich is simply a luxury it can no longer afford.

This week, the European Parliament voted to offer Edward Snowden asylum and protection and drop all criminal charges against him.



When at one time most of the world was bullied by the US government into pressing charges against Snowden and forcing him into exile, the entire European continent has now officially given him a pass.

Thursday’s 285 – 281 vote officially recognized Snowden as an “international human rights defender” and ensured that he would be free from arrest within European borders.



The final resolution mentioned that “too little has been done to safeguard citizens’ fundamental rights following revelations of electronic mass surveillance.”

Snowden is currently living in asylum in Russia and is wanted in the United States for charges under the federal Espionage Act, but Russia has declined to extradite him. He has been unable to leave due to the fear of being kidnapped by the US military when he left the country, but now it may be possible for him to travel to Europe.

Snowden posted on his Twitter page that this could be a good sign of a shift in attitude towards his cause. Earlier this year, it was reported that a federal appeals court ruled that the controversial NSA spy program which collects phone records is actually illegal.

Snowden recently joined Twitter, making himself more visible and approachable to the general population than ever before.

Within a day of opening his first social media account since leaking information about the NSA spy program, Snowden gained over one million followers. However, there was only one account that he decided to follow, the NSA. The whistleblower’s first tweet read, “Can you hear me now?”

Q1. If the Russian plane was technically sound prior to flight, why were the pilots deterred to send an SOS call on time? What made the whole system completely disabled to make such call impossible in case when a technical malfunction was detected mid-flight?

There’s only one possible logical answer: the damage to the whole system was quick and abrupt. Mechanical and electrical troubles are out of the picture considering the redundancy of any system such as aviation.

Even the Egyptian authorities are confirming tha tt the pilots did not mention any technical or mechanical troubles mid-flight.

And for the pilot to have tried to control its descent suggest that indeed the communication system was completely severed early on, possible only by an external force hitting behind the pilots’ cockpit, and only those at the control tower could visually determine that while the flight crew were struggling to control its descent, the flight was already doomed.

The only time a plane crashes on its own is when it is depleted of fuel. Crashes due to deteriorating mechanical integrity can be anticipated beforehand and ignored at the same time, both of which do not result to the pilots being unable to call for help.

Q2. What caused the plane to experience a total system failure in such a short time as to prevent the pilots from sending out SOS call?

Externally induced failure either by electronic means or kinetic.

When both mechanical and electrical troubles happen at the same and such a short time, rendering the plane totally unmaneuverable, only one thing is certain: the plane was subjected to a high velocity projectile, or a surface to air missile attack.

Q3. If Russian flight 7K9268 was attacked, who and what motivated the attack?

Regular readers of this blog are fully aware that there’s an ongoing multi-pronged covert war being waged between the BRICS and the Khazarian organized crime syndicate and they may have already formed intelligent conclusions as to who and why such senseless attack was done.

Obviously, when Russia made the noble call to help Syria in its fight against extremism, the Russian authorities have already made prior contingencies. With the obvious rejection of Israel’s and Saudi Arabia’s request to Russia for the immediate removal of Assad,  and the close proximity of Israel to the area of the incident, it is highly probable that if such missile attack was indeed done, only entities based in Israel could have actually done it, considering the fact that ISIS itself is disabled.

So that when somebody uploaded the original video of the purported attack and subsequently, deleted the account, the actual perpetrator may have decided to cover its own tracks before forensic analyst could determine who really uploaded the video.

Who Were The Victims?

Said recovery of the victims will last several more days. This further supports the notion that the spread of the explosion covered at least 5 mile radius, i.e. the plane did not crash down in one piece.

There’s a huge plausibility that the ill-fated Russian flight 9268 was a very special flight considering the exclusivity of the passengers. The all Russian flight could be composed of personnel engaging in mutual economic arrangements as the BRICS nations are trying to redevelop Eurasia, Africa and the Middle East through the economic blueprint of the New Silk Road led by China.

We have been expecting the first infrastructure loans to be awarded by the AIIB at the end of the year or early next year. Three financial institutions are being organized and put into operation to accomodate the requirements of Third World countries not properly served by the IMF and World Bank.

China is even planning to make huge investments into Israel as part of the whole Silk Road program. And for Israel to have initiated the Russian plane crash is a clear sign that the whole Khazarian Gangster Club is still not abandoning their global totalitarian ambition.

Conclusions

The events leading to the Russian Flight 7K9268 crash are hard to ignore:

The critical destruction of the supply lines to ISIS militants which should have angered the CIA,

The reported injury of ISIS leader Al Baghdadi in the earlier period of the Russian assault on the terror group,

The total destruction to ISIS arms and ammunition depots,

The rejection of Netanyahu’s requests for “Assad to go” at the Kremlin,

The rejection of the House of Saud’s request for closer collaboration with the Russians amidst IMF projection of bankruptcy by 2020,

The recent foiling of Saudi Arabia’s elaborate plan to capture and occupy the Syrian capital of Damascus [here];

The recent Russian reconnaissance flyby within a mile away of USS Ronald Reagan,

The rising 90% popularity rating of Vladimir Putin,

The overwhelmingly positive reception of the entire Russian efforts throughout the globe,

The successful recovery of at least 70% of the Chinese Collateral Accounts [here],

Tthe massive resignations of not less than 2,500 central bankers and CEOs worldwide in 2012 [here], and subsequent murder of several bankers that could have served as potential witnesses to the massive rigging of the global financial system;;

The resignation of WB president Zoellick and Pedophile Pope Benedict in 2013, and;

The exposé of their plan to occupy a New Zealand territory as part of their escape plan [here].

… are all hard for Khazarians to accept.

It is not a delusion, therefore, to say that the world of these hardliners is shrinking by the minute and they are not going quietly in to the night. They will bring as many casualties as possible just to satisfy their lust for death and destruction even to the very end.

We have been expecting this to happen as the endgame is progressing, although, we wish the Good Guys should have neutralized them for good already as opposed to making peace with irredeemable breed of animals.

We've heard this week that Westpac Bank voluntarily provided the New Zealand Police with author Nicky Hager's bank account information, without requiring a production order or warrant from the Court.

Some of the criticism (that the Police are acting as "totalitarian enforcers" for example) is a little unfair, particularly where the request was made of Westpac, which was fully capable of looking after itself, as did the other organisations that refused the Police request. In the absence of any evidence of political motivation, the Police were doing what they considered to be their job.

They operated within the bounds of the Privacy Act, which, as we shall see, envisages information being provided by an "agency" (a Privacy Act term for a holder of personal information) such as a bank, without the need for any court order.

That's not to say that the Police weren't pushing the boundaries.

It's revealing they did not proceed to obtain court orders against the other organisations that refused their request.

Perhaps the Police got all they needed from Westpac, or perhaps they didn't quite have enough evidence to chance refusal of an application to the Court for a production order in respect of the personal information of a high profile person like Mr Hager.

But, it's Westpac's approach that we're more interested in. Let's first understand what has happened here.

Sometimes banks, ISPs and other agencies that hold information of value to the Police and other enforcement authorities will agree information sharing protocols with those authorities.

Those protocols might detail what level of information the agency is prepared to give up without a court order under a Privacy Act exception, who the request should be directed to within the agency (usually in-house legal/privacy officer), what seniority of officer must make the request and other particular processes that suit the agency. This may be what Westpac has referred to in the media as its "internal policy".

That policy has now apparently been clarified (more on this below).

If there was such a protocol, we expect it wasn't followed as it seems highly unlikely that any in-house legal team or privacy officer would have approved informal release in this way for fear of exactly the media storm that has occurred.

Two things we know though.

Firstly, that the information in question is personal information under the Privacy Act. That's easy when we're talking about confidential financial information.

Secondly, it's clear it was released in response to an informal request by the Police without a court order.

But, contrary to various reports we've seen, this does not automatically mean there has been any Privacy Act breach. The Privacy Act allows an agency to disclose personal information, without the consent of the individual, where (among other exceptions) that:

"is necessary … (i) to avoid prejudice to the maintenance of the law by any public sector agency, including the prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution, and punishment of offences (IPP 11(e))"

So, the Police would have sent a request to Westpac, referencing this exception to the prohibition on disclosure without consent and, presumably (although, maybe not, given that other agencies refused), providing evidence why the information was "necessary". 

The interesting thing about these requests is, while they have no more legal weight than a quick email from the proverbial Constable Smith, they often look very "official".

Here's an example of a form that was provided to us recently, complete with the official Police logo and persuasively formal language. But, it's still just a request.

But, even if Westpac did determine that the exception applied, it still had a choice. It would have been perfectly legitimate for it to decide not to release the information and require a court order, as the other organisations that refused the Police request appear to have done.

In those circumstances, assuming they had enough evidence to persuade an issuing officer of the Court, the Police or other enforcement authority would apply for a production order, which is like a warrant except typically used to obtain information from third parties who are not in any way involved in the alleged offence itself. Here's an example of one obtained in respect of allegedly objectionable material uploaded by a user to an overseas content host client's systems, which evidence our client wished to share with New Zealand authorities. 

As you can see, a production order is based on submission of evidence sufficient to reasonably satisfy the issuing officer that an offence has been committed, so a higher bar than simply making a request.

Despite the Privacy Act allowing disclosure in certain circumstances, our view is a production order should be obtained unless there is an imminent threat, which means that the short delay in obtaining one is outweighed by the danger to personal safety or property. This protects the agency holding the information from having to cast aside its customer's privacy on the basis of an assessment of "necessity" that may be difficult for it to make. It no longer has a choice. It also protects the enforcement authority from overstepping the mark and opening itself up to the very criticisms that have been levelled at the Police in this case.

As we said though, sometimes even the hours or days that may be required to get a production order may be too long to wait. Child exploitation situations are an obvious example. These are the type of situation covered by another exception to the non-disclosure rule (IPP 11(f)(ii)). So, we wonder if Westpac's reported change to its "internal policy", that it will now always require a production order for any financial information, goes too far the other way. Privacy is never an all or nothing equation. 

We are biased because we wrote it, but an example of a more nuanced approach can be seen with Mega's takedown guidance.

Which brings us to our final point. Given the increasing amount of personal information (including metadata) now held by third parties, particularly as a result of all of our internet use, there is a need for much clearer public explanation by agencies who hold our information as to whether and how it will be released. "Internal policies" no longer cut it in our view.

This year, 64 percent of all Americans will celebrate Halloween, but I will not be one of them.  For me, it is a wretched, horrible holiday that celebrates the darkest side of humanity, and it is deeply rooted in ancient pagan traditions that would get people thrown in prison if they attempted to duplicate them today. 

1 I don’t want anyone in my family to observe a holiday that celebrates death, witchcraft and the occult.  This year, millions of Americans will participate in activities that could potentially open up a door for demonic activity.

2 The average American spends $74.34 on the holiday.  I would rather save the money.

3 Millions of women use Halloween as an excuse to dress like street walkers, and millions of men use Halloween as an excuse to act like sexual predators.

4 Even little girls as young as three years old are being dressed up in sexually provocative costumes.  What kind of message does this send to them?

5 Dressing up little children as ghosts, demons and vampires is not healthy for them.  In recent years, there has been a trend to make costumes for children as hellish as possible.

6 Originally, costumes were worn on October 31st “to change the personality of the wearer to allow for communication with the spirit world“.  For 11 years in a row, dressing up as a witch has been the number one costume choice for adults in the United States.

7 In ancient Britain, the festival known as Samhain was celebrated on October 31st.  It was supposedly a day when dead souls would revisit their old homes.  Personally, I don’t want anything to do with contacting the souls of the dead.

8 According to the History Channel, Samhain was also the day when the Druids “gathered to burn crops and animals as sacrifices to the Celtic deities”.

9 As I have written about previously, the fastest growing religion in America still practices a holiday known as “Samhain” to this very day.

10 According to Wiccans, Halloween is the time when the veil between the living and the dead is considered to be the thinnest.  They believe that on this day their god “dies” and is reborn every year on the Winter Solstice.  This year the winter solstice falls on December 22nd.

11 In ancient times, the resurrection of the sun god required human and animal sacrifice.  The following is what occult expert Bill Schnoebelen says that the Druids would do at this time of the year…

Druids worshiped the sun god, called by names like Bel (Ba’al?) or Chrom. On October 31, they believed that he died and went into the kingdom of the dead, Anwynn. The purpose of Samhain was to insure his return. Even witches admit this involved human sacrifice. Both animal and human blood were believed to be needed to resurrect Bel on Samhain. Human blood was believed to open the gates of Anwynn and released the spirits for a night. Thus, October 31 came to be associated with ghosts. This is not just history. Samhain is still celebrated by Pagans and is the most solemn ceremony on their “religious calendar”.

12 To this day, animal torture and sacrifice is still practiced on Halloween by occultists.  Many animal shelters will not adopt out black cats during the month of October for this very reason.

13 In the early seventh century, a Catholic Pope known as Gregory the First decided that the best approach to ensure the continued spread of Catholicism was to “christianize” existing pagan holidays and practices…

As a result of their efforts to wipe out “pagan” holidays, such as Samhain, the Christians succeeded in effecting major transformations in it. In 601 A.D. Pope Gregory the First issued a now famous edict to his missionaries concerning the native beliefs and customs of the peoples he hoped to convert. Rather than try to obliterate native peoples’ customs and beliefs, the pope instructed his missionaries to use them: if a group of people worshipped a tree, rather than cut it down, he advised them to consecrate it to Christ and allow its continued worship.

The idea of trick-or-treating is further related to the ghosts of the dead in pagan, and even Catholic, history. For example, among the ancient Druids, “The ghosts that were thought to throng about the houses of the living were greeted with a banquet-laden table. At the end of the feast, masked and costumed villagers representing the souls of the dead paraded to the outskirts of town leading the ghosts away.” As already noted, Halloween was thought to be a night when mischievous and evil spirits roamed freely. As in modern poltergeist lore, mischievous spirits could play tricks on the living - so it was advantageous to “hide” from them by wearing costumes. Masks and costumes were worn to either scare away the ghosts or to keep from being recognized by them.

15 The tradition of carving out a “Jack-O-Lantern” also comes from paganism.  The following comes from wicca.com…

Turnips were hollowed out and carved to look like protective spirits, for this was a night of magic and chaos. The Wee Folke became very active, pulling pranks on unsuspecting humans. Traveling after dark was not advised.

Here it’s a pumpkin, but in Europe it was often a turnip, or a skull with a candle in it. This serves two symbols, 1) the lord of the Dead, a “god” just like a Buddha – in short, an idol. 2) The fearsome face represented the god, Samhain, who would drive off less powerful demons that night. The lights in the Jack-o-Lantern symbolize the “faery fires” or “Will’o the Wisps” which were believed to be the lost souls flitting through the night. They also hearken back to the huge Samhain “balefires” which were lit to help conjure back the god from the darkness.

16 On all Satanic holy days, there are children that get ritually abused. This has been documented repeatedly, and yet most people (including most Christians) don’t want to hear about it.

17 For Satanists, Halloween is one of the most important celebrations of the year.  On page 96 of the Satanic Bible, Anton LaVey wrote the following…

“After one’s own birthday, the two major Satanic holidays are Walpurgisnacht (May 1st) and Halloween.”

Recently, the BBC slashed another 1,000 jobs. Viewership on US news networks like Fox, CNN and MSNBC has dropped 19 percent since 2009. Newspapers have cut more than a third of their workforce in the last 25 years.

Earlier this month, it was reported that less than two weeks before the economic collapse of 2008, several members of Congress took their money out of the stock market.

These actions would be illegal for any American in any other circumstance, but members of Congress and high-ranking government officials are actually exempt from insider trading laws.

Years later, a 60 Minutes investigation aired on television which highlighted the government’s deep history of insider trading. The investigation sparked outrage, prompting Congress to pass “the STOCK Act” which was said to hold members of the government to the same standards as any American when it came to insider trading.

However, Congress watered down the bill and changed key elements that would hold them accountable, allowing them to return to business as usual, and escape any consequences for their prior crimes.

In an interview during the 60 Minutes investigation, Peter Schweizer of the Hoover Institute told Steve Kroft that:

“It’s really the way the rules have been defined. And the people who make the rules are the political class in Washington and they’ve conveniently written them in such a way that they don’t apply to themselves.” “These meetings were so sensitive - that they would actually confiscate cell phones and Blackberries going into those meetings. What we know is that those meetings were held one day and literally the next day Congressman Bachus would engage in buying stock options based on apocalyptic briefings he had the day before from the Fed chairman and treasury secretary. I mean, talk about a stock tip,” he added.

Since it was passed, the STOCK Act has been more or less worthless. Whenever a politician is accused of anything, they are defended by other politicians and the investigation is immediately stonewalled.

For example, a former staffer for the House Ways and Means Committee, Brian Stutter was guilty of insider trading. However, he avoided charges because House Speaker John Boehner refused to hand over the evidence, and claimed that Sutter had legal immunity.

It seems that America operates on two different sets of laws – one set for those who claim to rule us, and another for everyone else.

Edward Snowden, a former intelligence contractor has leaked the very first documentation that proves the existence of clandestine black budget operations (programs that are extremely classified dealing with technology, information and more.)

The United States has a history of government agencies existing in secret for years. The National Security Agency (NSA) was founded in 1952, its existence was hidden until the mid 1960’s. Even more secretive is the National Reconnaissance Office, which was founded in 1960 but remained completely secret for 30 years.

We are talking about Special Access Programs (SAP). From these we have unacknowledged and waived SAPs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are better known as ‘deep black programs.’

A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.” The Washington Post revealed that the “black-budget” documents report  a staggering 52.6 billion dollars that was set aside for operations in the fiscal year 2013. Although it’s great to have this type of documentation in the public domain proving the existence of  these black budget programs, the numbers seem to be off according to some statements made by some very prominent people who have been involved in the defense sector for years. There is a lot of evidence to suggest that these programs are not using billions of dollars, but trillions of dollars that are unaccounted for. Here is a statement given by Canada’s former Minister of National Defence, Paul Hellyer in 2008:

“It is ironic that the U.S. would begin a devastating war, allegedly in search of weapons of mass destruction when the most worrisome developments in this field are occurring in your own backyard.   It is ironic that the U.S. should be fighting monstrously expensive wars allegedly to bring democracy to those countries, when it itself can no longer claim to be called a democracy when trillions, and I mean thousands of billions of dollars have been spent on projects which both congress and the commander in chief no nothing about."

“The financial systems of the department of defence are so snarled up that we can’t account for some $2.6 trillion in transactions that exist, if that’s believable."

“Become so large, so unwieldy and so secretive that no one knows how much money it costs, how many people it employes, how many programs exist within it or exactly how many agencies do the same work."

The above are some of those understood to be members of the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate branch of the secret space program. It is interesting to note the space travel themes in these logos. There are likely to be some weapons manufacturers in the ICC too.

Dwight Eisenhower, former 5 star U.S. general (highest possible rank) and President of the United States also warned us about  secrecy and the acquisition of unwarranted influence within the “department of defence” with his farewell speech:

“In the council of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. The potential disaster of the rise of mis placed power exists, and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes."

He warns us about the influence of the military industrial complex, and the influence and power it’s capable of. After Eisenhower the next and only other president that blew the whistle on secrecy beyond the government was president John F. Kennedy in one of his most famous speeches, he is also referring to the military industrial complex:

“The very word secrecy is repugnant, in a free and open society. And we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it is in my control. We are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence. On Infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumour is printed, no secret is revealed."

The amount that the US sets aside for sensitive operations each year is not allowed to be published for eyes outside of the intelligence community.

We are in an age where the US is having a difficult time keeping sensitive information under wraps, and although there is an abundance of blatant information for the world to wake up to, that which is still kept under tight wraps has also become more transparent. Many phenomena previously labelled as merely a “conspiracy theory” are now surfacing as true and verifiable day after day.

Could some of these black budget programs be dealing with UFOs? There is a large amount of evidence to suggest that they do, and possibly even extraterrestrials. Documents from the NSA prove that UFOs and extraterrestrials are of high interest to the agency.



In fact I would like to mention that there is an overwhelming amount of evidence to suggest that these black budget programs deal with matters beyond our world. 

Garry McKinnon has also shed light on this fact, as have thousands of previously classified documents and statements from high level government and military personnel. The world within our own world must be quite fascinating, the fact that we are living in the time of transparency must mean that the truth cannot stay hidden forever.

By now, the classified world has moved far beyond the reach of the public world, and far beyond in its power and capabilities.

Consider the story of a former NSA scientist who spoke with the authors. According to this individual, the NSA was operating computers during the mid-1960s with a processing clock-speed of roughly 650 megahertz(MHZ).

To put that in perspective, it took 35 years for personal computers in the consumer market to reach that speed.

Indeed, in 1965 there were no personal computers at all. Immediately, the near-fatal Apollo 13 mission in 1971 comes to mind, with its reliance on slide-rulers by mission specialist to guide the damaged NASA spacecraft back to Earth.

When presented with this image, the NSA scientist shrugged and stated that secret computational capabilities were too important to share with NASA. 



So in, in computing, the National Security Agency was an amazing 35 years ahead of the rest of the world. This leads one to wonder what its computational powers are today.

Another example was the U.S. air strike against Libya in 1986. The raid employed f-111 fighter aircraft. Left out of the mission, however, was the F-117A Nighthawk, better known as the stealth fighter.

It had been operational since 1983, but was still classified in 1986. In a form of logic both perverse and rational, the F-117A was so radically advanced that keeping it secret was more important than using it for this military mission.

Given the mixture of a treasure chest of government money, and private connections, the likelihood exists that six decades later there is a clandestine group that possesses:

Technology that is vastly superior to that of the “mainstream” world

The ability to explore areas of our world and surroundings presently unavailable to the rest of us

Scientific and cosmological understandings that give them greater insights into the nature of our world

A significant “built off the grid” infrastructure, partially underground, that affords them a high degree of secrecy and independence of action

This might well qualify them as a separate civilization – one that has broken away from our own, in effect, a breakaway civilization. Still interacting with our own, its members probably move back and forth between the official reality of what we are supposed to believe, and the other reality which encompasses new truths and challenges.

"The security and popular forces have held captive an Israeli colonel," a commander of Iraq's popular mobilization forces said on Thursday. "The Zionist officer is ranked colonel and had participated in the Takfiri ISIL group's terrorist operations," he added.

The Iraqi security forces said the captured colonel has already made shocking confessions.

Several ISIL militants arrested in the last one year had already confessed that Israeli agents from Mossad and other Israeli espionage and intelligence bodies were present in the first wave of ISIL attacks on Iraq and capture of Mosul in Summer 2014, but no ranking Israeli agent had been arrested. Political and military experts told FNA that the capture of the Israeli colonel will leave a grave impact on Iraq's war strategy, including partnership with Israeli allies. In a relevant development in July, Iraqi volunteer forces announced that they had shot down a drone that was spying on the Arab country's security forces in the city of Fallujah, Western Iraq.

This was not the first Israeli-made drone downed in Iraq. In August an Israeli Hermes drone was shot down in the vicinity of Baghdad Airport.

It’s been a wild couple of months in economics and geopolitics. We’ve seen chess moves that have changed the dynamics in global power for the positive of humanity, as well as those which are only barely maintaining the status structure.

There are many names for this power structure, including the deep state, cabal, globalists, elitists, banksters, Zionists and Illuminati, to name but a few. This elite cabal serve to destroy that which doesn’t align with their interests, which as you may have guessed is chaos.

In addition, they might still have a successful psy-op campaign on the masses which is inducing some people further into their coma, yet this is disintegrating fast as they no longer dictate the perspective of alternative thinkers.

The reality is more and more truthseekers are breaking free.

They have so many names because they have so many fingers in so many pies, so it must be made clear that they’re the ones primarily controlling certain governmental action (including US national and foreign policy), the matrix-media and a high proportion of the global economic central and private banking systems.

They have many other layers and factions too. There are secret societies, corporate arms, patents on technological advances, legal mechanisms and political power, as well as a wealth of minions that blindly do their bidding.

If only these puppets realized that obeying their perceived masters is at the long-term expense of both themselves and their families, they would stand up and be counted as those who oppose the bloody take-over of our planet.

That leads to the main goal of the cabal; global governance. Once they solidify an overarching legal, social, psychological and even spiritual framework for the worlds people, then their power will be untouchable.

They will live on as ‘the men that united the world’, however the truth that wouldn’t reach the history books is that they desecrated, devalued and demonized so much of the cultural and natural wisdom that permeates humanity’s heart.

They are being challenged though. There are alliances that have formed between power brokers from both the West and East. This alliance, which I will call the Western-Eastern Development (WED), is the group engaged in a shadow war with the banksters.

At times they are engaged directly, such as the fiasco of the Middle East, and at others indirectly, such as through the creation of new economic structures.

The WEDs are a force of some Eastern power brokers, as well as many people and interest groups in the West who are opposed to the Zionist and New World Order agendas. You can read a fantastic breakdown of some of their recent chess moves here and here.

Of course the new occupation of Syria by the Russian and soon-to-arrive Chinese military is a direct ‘fuck you’ to the cabal.



After all, IS was funded and weaponized by them to oust Assad so that economic and political control could be further instituted throughout the Middle East. With a union formed there they hoped that the European and American unions, along with certain Eastern sell-outs, could combine for the successful implementation of a global governance.

Yet the tables appear to turning which is highly influenced by the energetic and consciousness shifts happening in our era. This may lead them to even more extreme measures, such as a false flag event which leads to WWIII with Russia, China, Iran and their affiliates.

On the other hand, their next move might be an orchestrated global economic meltdown so that agreements such as the TPP, TiSA and TTIP, as well as the UN’s ‘The 2030 Agenda’, could come into instant, dramatic and full-blown effect.

Furthermore, the stories that the sleeping masses are told, and even our so-called leaders, are full of lies, manipulation and propaganda.

We cannot afford to fall for this as a society any longer, otherwise we will continue to be complicit in an agenda that serves to immortalize the blood lines of these mentally ill people, at the expense of human culture, livelihood, health and life itself.

Now of course no power structure is free of corruption and greed, so the WEDs will need appropriate investigation too. Ideally it would be great if they all just came clean and was transparent with the masses so we could work out a team plan.

But given the current players have shown what they’re truly worth, it\s clear that they’re not the world leaders we need for an inclusive, honorable, healthy, progressive, equal and united global culture.

The vast majority of people just want love and peace. We need a progressive economy in which nobody slips through an intelligently and morally designed safety net.

The environment should be cared for in sustainable ways. We also need a value system that will encourage the true virtues to manifest including cooperating, rather than competing with each other.

Ultimately, the global power dance is in full swing. With a faltering global economy, geopolitical challenges, the WED alliance and the droves of truthseekers waking up, the ivory tower need a new plan.

If sense prevails, they’ll work with us to implement a transparent and truly just system for all of humanity’s future, however given their track record, its doubtful they’ll see the light.

If Edmund Burke is right in saying that “It is ordained in the eternal constitution of things, that men of intemperate minds cannot be free,” and that “Their passions forge their fetters,” then Putin is doing a great job by introducing morality and practical reason to the political world.

“The Russian president, Vladimir V. Putin, continues to surprise. Russia’s military intervention in Syria, followed by a face-to-face meeting in Moscow this week with that country’s president, Bashar al-Assad, has startled the world.”

It got even more interesting. Back in 2014, the Washington Post came out with an article by Jewish professor Daniel W. Drezner entitled, “Why Vladimir Putin’s strategic genius scares the heck out of me.”

In that article, Drezner seemed to resemble Gollum, the ambivalent creature from J. R.R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings.

Keep in mind that Gollum loves and hates the ring of power at the same time, as he “loves and hates himself.” Drezner’s article was partly titled “Putin’s strategic genius,” but he argued throughout that Putin’s strategic genius was actually a disaster. Drezner simply could not make a rational and coherent point.



We expect that kind of reasoning from Drezner because he is living in an irrational system, which at its core is diabolical.

He placed a cartoon in the article which displays Putin pouring blood all over the floor, which obviously represents Crimea. But the simple fact is that Drezner cannot seriously look at himself in the mirror and see blood all over his hands and face. The cartoon should actually represent what Drezner’s brethren have done all over the Middle East.

It was Drezner’s brethren, Jewish intellectuals and Neo-Bolsheviks, who ended up pursuing the war in Iraq. Granted, Drezner has criticized the war, but he could never name the real culprits who actually sent the six-trillion dollar bill to the American people.

In his 2007 article entitled “The New World Order,” Drezner wrote:

“More ambitiously, the Bush administration has tried to reshape international organizations to make them more accommodating to rising powers. In some instances, the changes have occurred almost as a matter of course.”

But who was pushing Bush, Drezner? Why couldn’t you just point your readers to simple sources like the Jewish Virtual Library, which has a list of those who were behind the Bush administration?



Why couldn’t you talk about people like Ben Bernanke and Larry Summers, two of the most corrupt individuals who are largely responsible for the economic chaos in the United States?

“’Helicopter Ben’ Bernanke has printed a couple of trillion dollars, just waved a wand and invented them, then used those funds to buy things like mortgages and t-bills.”
